“I went over to get photo album, protector, three ring binder, top loading pages. I tried several other stores, and also Michael’s but nobody had them including Amazon. This store has everything! Not only do they have a really great stocked store, but the personnel who works there, the only lady I saw was excellent. If I ever need anything else as far as craft supplies, this is the number one place. I won’t be driving across the city to Michael’s anymore. Good luck with your business. I’ll be back!”
“I placed an order for the school I work at and was very impressed with the customer service. Bill Worb Furs was able to help me select the correct amount of leather/pile liner/and fur. The process was incredibly simple and easy.
Upon pick up the staff was friendly and quick to grab my order. They were able to recommend the correct size glover and beading needles.
When I opened the package I was very happy to see that the rabbit fur had been cut into the appropriate trim length; I was expecting to have to do this myself! It was a very nice surprise.

I came in frustrated I couldn’t figure out how to get the various pieces of art I wanted to put up into a cohesive design to put up and came out thrilled. They spent several hours organizing, helping me pick frames for a bunch of them, and all while being generally fantastic as a person. They even chose to stay late to finish it all.
