Buyer beware!!! This store puts conditions on purchased AFTER you have already placed your order, that are nowhere are their website. I ordered $500 worth of pillows and they are not supportive enough despite their online description. When I tried to return the unused, unopened pillow, agreeing to accept their ridiculous restocking fee (as if it costs them anything to restock) AND with the understanding that I would have to pay the shipping costs, they still informed me they don’t take pillows or bedding back even if they are unopened and stated that those conditions were on my billof sale. What good are terms and conditions if they are not made clear before the purchase? This is a dishonest retailer, stay away!

It's hard to explain, but this place's atmosphere is a wonderful Haven away from the noise of the outside world and a certain orange toddler in the United States On every video clip the nice balance between the audio volume, the classical music beats and a wonderful amazing dog that greets you. The moment you enter is simply amazing. I could spend a couple extra hours there and part of me almost hopes that the open a coffee shop inside so I can just soak in the atmosphere just for a little bit longer. I'm a lad with Tourette's that has been crazy since the pandemic and can be activated a lot inside. This place made me feel like I was normal and at peace. I can't explain it, but the vibe of this place is incredible. Thank you to the owners, managers and staff that make this A great place to be Can't forget the calming nature and friendliness of the most amazing Golden retriever Kogol.

I called here today looking for 2 supplements. Tania answered the call. I asked her if they were in stock. She checked and informed me that one was back order. She offered to put me on the waiting list, which was great. She took the time to explain a little about the supplement that she had in stock, and put it aside for pick up. She also made a point of asking me if I needed anything else. When I picked it up, she was as knowledgeable, professional and courteous as she was on the phone! She even discussed some tips on muscle building. I feel that this is Superior customer service and hope she gets acknowledged for it! I'm looking forward to picking up the other supplement now.

Glad your staff has a weekend life, awesome for them. Makes it very difficult for those of us that only have the weekend to shop. Came all the way here only to be greeted with closed doors on a Saturday. NO need to reply, it is what it is. But a 1 star was what I felt was warranted today.

I cannot thank Emma Mosleheh and Ganlu enough for the care and attention they provided to my mother and me during our recent visit. My mother has arthritis in her knee and a heart condition, and I was seeking natural solutions to help her find relief.
Emma went above and beyond to assist us. She not only arranged an appointment for us but also took the time to talk with us extensively, gathering all the necessary information from both us and other sources. She spent about an hour with us, carefully listening to our concerns and offering thoughtful, natural advice tailored to my mother’s needs.
I was translating between English and Russian for my mother throughout the conversation, and Emma and Ganlu’s patience and kindness truly stood out. My mother was deeply touched by the care and attention she received, and I could see how much she appreciated Emma’s genuine concern for her well-being.
This was a truly exceptional experience, and I highly recommend Aviva to anyone looking for compassionate and personalized care.
