Strange business practices. Came to look at two bed frames that I was told were on the showroom floor for me to see. One was a display model. When I got there only one was on the floor. They would not sell it to me (despite it being on their website for sale), because they wanted to sell the two king sized ones that they had in back (not assembled) first. I needed the queen sized one on the floor and suggested they could assemble one of the king sized ones to be the display model, but the owner said it was too hard to put together. Ok. So I asked about the other bed I had come to see. It was still in boxes from Vietnam. Since it was the only queen sized one I asked if it could be retuned if there was anything wrong with it. He said they'd never had a problem, I repeated my question and he said they still deal with the company so could get me a replacement part. I didn't want to potentially get stuck waiting forever for a part so I will very happily pay way more money, anywhere else, not to deal with this business again.

They would not accept return or offer credit for an air purifier I ordered for my Mom. She did not open it as she received one as a gift from a friend. Something that is unopened means it has not been personally used. Amazon allows return of personal items if they are opened. No wonder it is taking over. Very poor customer service Aviva. Especially for a Canadian company.

False advertisement! I order blueair pro filter on-line and it was a good price. On the web site, it state free shipping for order greater than one hundred dollars, at check out shipping cost was 19.99 CAD. Ok no big dell. But 2 days later got an email that if I want the continue with the purchase I need 99.99 CAD more. That is just wrong.

Was a customer, but not shopping here anymore. Everytime I went into the store the older man owner of the store is very rude/unfriendly. Just makes the whole “healthy store” feel unhealthy.

this place is the worst. the website says that they have things in stock that they haven't had in months. it allows you to purchase these items even tho they have no clue when or if they will stock them again. further, the owner is abusive to his employeesupdate - response to owner's response: the company has not been producing this item for many months now and i believe it is your corporate responsibility to then state on your website that the item(s) are not available rather than accepting payment for them

Hi. I visited this viva health few days ago . The time we entered the store the employee working over there approached us and he dealt with us so politely and gave detailed info about every product. At the same time, the quality products that you get over there are exceptional. If you are looking for a genuine ayurvedic and genuine products you must visit this store.

I have been shopping at Aviva Natural Health Solutions store for years. It’s my go to, one stop shop for health products. It’s owner and tenured staff take great pride in their work. They are proactive and friendly. They will help you find any product, make recommendations, and answer any questions. The store is full of high quality products for every need including digestive, thyroid, cardiovascular, teas, sun care, personal care, sleep, air etc I highly recommend this store to anyone, a real gemJustin

We have a small business in Ontario and when COVID19 became front and centre we, like many other businesses, struggled to see our way through it. Trying to obtain air purifiers necessary to re-open became incredibly challenging as several Ontario options turned out to be useless and misleading. Fortunately, one of the Google search returns was for a company named, Aviva Natural Health Solutions in Manitoba. Desperate, despite the distance, we contacted the company speaking at first to a company representative and then subsequently by chance to the owner Nathan. Details were shared, schematics drawn, technical specifications freely offered and explained all in an effort to narrow the decision down to the “best” unit(s) for our situation. It became quite clear that Nathan’s principal concern was ensuring that we were fully informed with either a lower or higher price point being a secondary concern. Pros and cons were given, and all questions answered. Nathan has a wealth of knowledge and an abundance of patience to match. At no time did we feel that higher priced units were being “pushed” or recommended in the name of commission, in fact we opted for a lower/midrange Blueair air purifier model which turned out to be perfect for our studio layout. Nathan was able to procure literally the last 2 units for us thereby allowing us to be ready to re--open as soon as was possible.Everything from customer service to shipping was top notch. Stumbling across this company was a game changer and in no small part was an immense help in allowing us to continue operating as a viable business. Highly, highly recommend this company and would certainly not hesitate to do business with them in the future.
