It's really no wonder this place is getting low stars and low reviews, their customer service is basically non-existent.Your attitude should always be, "how can I make this work", not "how can I politely tell this customer no".There used to be a couple nice workers here but when I went in tonight to have my necklace fixed, they told me I didn't have an extended service plan. I told them that I did, and they then told me that it wasn't on the piece I had brought in, but there was supposed to be service plans on ALL the pieces I bought, so it's not my mistake that the insurance plan wasn't added as it was supposed to.I kept asking them, "So what are you going to do to resolve this issue because there was supposed to be service plans purchased on ALL the pieces"And like broken record, the older lady worker kept repeating herself saying there was no plan on this particular piece. Doing absolutely nothing helpful or resourceful.Im so tired of people working in places they obviously shouldn't be because they're not capable of doing their job and helping clients.I will not be returning.

Worst quality necklace I have ever had. Customer service also left much to be desired. Wouldn't let me pick up my own necklace that was being repaired (for the third time in mere months) without my husband calling beforehand. I had picked it up the previous 2 times before this no issue. Won't be making any purchases from here in the future.

Is it customary for customers to be required to provide a drivers license before being shown jewelry? My mother was asked to provide a drivers license before being shown a bracelet, and the way this was asked was quite confrontational and rude. This has never happened to us before in other jewelry stores. We left feeling uncomfortable, and possibly discriminated against (we are a visible minority). We did not see other customers being asked to provide this. Feedback would be appreciated.

Incredible customer service. I was looking for an engagement ring and they were willing to take the time to answer my questions and explain the technical details of jewelry. I was extremely happy with the attention and patience and willingness to help me find what I was looking for. Compared with everywhere else, Ben Moss went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. Great selection, great help, and wonderful service deserving of your business.

Your knowledge, customer service, and your ability make things right and make sense were all on point. Brought several pieces that needed repairs and Im nothing but blow away. Would highly recommend them at both the polo park and st vital centre locations. Thankyou so much!

Went to the mall because I wanted to buy some jewelry for my wife for Christmas and after visiting most of the other jewelers this was the only jewelry store that acknowledged and greeted me. The lady was so nice and helpful. Great selection and it didn't take long to find exactly what I wanted.

Being from rural mb I don't go to Winnipeg often. Just happened to be at the mall and decided I'd get my rings cleaned. Went to the counter and asked if I could get them cleaned. The lady asked if this was my biannual inspection and I said "no? just happened to be in the mall and thought id get my rings cleaned." She then went on to say I needed to get my rings inspected every six months otherwise the warranty would be invalid. I was never told this nor was my husband when he purchased extended lifetime warranty for over $300. This lady was very rude and continued to reiterate that my warranty would be invalid and made me feel horrible for not knowing this. She cleaned my rings, did not inspect them and made me feel like I was in the wrong for not knowing. i Will not be going back to polo park Ben moss. Extended warranty is a joke if you're not in the city often or stopping at a mall since all their locations are inside a mall. Horrible experience.

Mediocre jewelry at best. Service could be better. Overpriced. 3 star because they have better collection of items compared to other vendors In the mall.
