Unfortunately I've had three visits that were not great at all the staff was not helpful or friendly, the most recent time I was specifically looking for a few otocinclus. And they couldn't find the prices for them, and didn't know the name or how to look them up even tho I told them the fish's name, they also said "oh those sucky thing fish" not really sure why this location in particular falls so flat every visit unfortunately they really don't do the brand justice at this location as I do genuinely love Best west pet foods and have been going to them for over 25 years. Also the staff appeared to be talking about me behind my back to eachother and laughing so it super wasn't a great visit or experience.

A great place in St.Vital to buy food, treats and supplements for your dog. The prices are reasonable and they have lots of variety.I often get distracted by the cute cats and kittens they always have at the store. They're rescues from the Humane society.

Bought 150 super worms and there was a bunch of dead ones mixed in with them they all died 2 days later. the staff were aware of the dead ones in the container

The staff are great here. We come in regularly for food and grooming our fur kids. Prices are competitive and they offer food delivery which is very handy. Highly recommend them!
