I never had an issues with all the bank tellers in the past cause I have been doing my banking at BMO for many years but this lady who is fairly new in your workplace seems arrogant to talk with,its not only one time happened to me ,she is not that friendly and doesnt seems to know what she is doing,I asked her about the balance of my BMO credit card and abruptly telling me that its not updated yet without seeing my file and I wonder why because I told her that i paid the whole amount just past Dec 9 2022 and its not updated yet? and she scrolled down on my files and found out it was zero balance,she did not even apologize to me,what a customer service that i got with her that day,just left with unhappy service.

I went to this branch at Mcphilips and I appreciate so much for Matt ( the bank teller) who assisted me in processing my BMO credit card. I salute you Mr. Matt for patience and and your good service until my card were processed. Thank you so much.. excellent service.

You guys need to clean your atm drive through road was full of snow big ice bumps can't reach atm machine was ice bumps on road by atm when approaching to machine car tires slid to right & think about old one's one old guy was struggling then he had to get out of car & front as well never seen clean or salt in parking

The lines are long because they are under staffed and the tellers who are working do not. have a sense of urgency or care at all. Most tellers have a bad attitude and don't even bother looking you in the eye. The staff at the old location near the new Youngs was much better but all those tellers have since retired. Do not bank here

When I got my credit card I had to go activate it in branch , and the guy I dealt with was kind of .. condescending. Made a comment insinuating that I was desperate. I wasn’t, but I didn’t get the thing to have it sit in my wallet and without activating it , and unfortunately I had to visit a branch because I had some questions. Didn’t make me feel great as a customer if I’m being honest

Worst customer service I have ever had in any industry. Banking instructions not followed through, phone messages not returned after three weeks, no shows for a pre-arranged phone appt. No contact at all. When I complained on Facebook, I was assured the matter was being escalated to the manager and they would call me to resolve my issues. Well that was two hours ago and the branch is now closed so I guess I shouldn’t hold my breath. Or maybe there are so many escalated complaints with this branch that I am just in a really long line.

I love banking with BMO! They are always very prompt and have great employees. However, I was very disappointed today when I went in and a gentleman was not wearing a mask and not one employee asked him to put a mask on even though the store has a mandatory mask policy. I then had to take it on myself to confront this person who was getting glances from every other customer in the building, clearly making them uncomfortable. I do not worry for myself as I am a young and healthy person but there are a lot of seniors that go to this bank.

Great people to talk to, they help and make it easy to do changes and it’s not a crazy place to visit but they messed up a year ago when I signed for a car loan with a loans manager and I was forgotten like the signing never took place. The loans manager wouldn’t even return my messages “which were kind messages”. They would get 5 star if not for that!

Just gonna say this motion of people not knowing how to do their job is horrible which affects service quality...loss of quality means loss of clients. Simple. Cash is king. Accept or lose. I have never had a bank turn me down to process a bill using only just cash...clearly this girl you have hired should not be there.

I really don't leave reviews like this because I am a busy person, but my experience with this branch is just terrible. I got a financial adviser which I called a dozen times but never return a call, you will be directed to a stupid voicemail saying she's out of office and leave a message. For God's sake are you like out of office every single day? if that's so true then why don't you return a call when you're in office! Poor customer service, I regret switching to this bank!
