My kids and I went into the Boathouse store in St. Vital Centre to find shorts for my son. Rea was so helpful in finding the right size. She was very friendly, kind and respectful. We had such a nice experience! Thank you Rea!

Great customer service! I phoned and asked if they had a pair of shoes in stocks, they did, I asked if they'd be able to hold them till the next day and they did! I went and picked them up, asked if I could try them on at home and she said, Yes you can and if they don't fit or work out, you can return or exchange in 14 days. She was very nice and friendly. The store was clean and spacious. Thanks, Boathouse St. Vital Mall!! ????

Rea was absolutely amazing she went wayyy above and beyond for me and my friend. She is truly has the best customer service I have ever had. This awesome employee should be running the company with her amazing and positive attitude. Truly one of the greatest experiences I have ever had with the customer service industry. My hat goes off to her. You have soomething special. Just amazing ?.

I must say I had been to this store years ago. It was a mediocre experience. Today I came in and was greeted promptly. The service was above my expectations, the prices for what I was looking for were great and exactly what I had wanted to spend. Super friendly staff and willing to help and offer me additional items. I bought my items and left. 5 minutes later the store clerk called me and told me I had left my hat in the changeroom. (I gave my name and number when I made the purchase). Even after I left I felt like a valued customer and the service continued. I will definitely be back! Great job to the people working today.

Clean for there only being two people in the store, but the service was surprisingly underwhelming. My fiance was shopping around for shorts we saw in the window - we were greeted & asked if we needed a hand & she gestured to us where the shorts were. We continued to shop around & were clearly looking for tshirts & were showing interest in expensive brands. We were just disappointed that we weren't offered more help. I understand things are a little different now with COVID but I just expected a certain standard of service from shopping at other Boathouses in the past. I asked about a ladies sweater, if it came in any other colors, & was surprised she didn't even check online for me to make sure, let alone she really didn't try to sell me on the colour they had & I'm a suxker for good sales conversation. Girls working were generally nice but like I said just under whelming jn comparison to past experiences.

I have never felt so discriminated... i walk into boathouse looking for a fanny pack and hoodie, and one of the workers about 5'3'' and Asian gives me a dirty look and has the nerves to call security on me because she thought i was stealing. i had shorts and a t shirt on and did not have a bag on me, i was trying on hoodies, as i was in the fitting room she called security on me, i felt so ashamed walking out the change room with 3 security gaurds watching after me, customers kept giving me looks, as if i was a theif, i felt so discriminated and ashamed, i bought my fanny pack and left the store. such discrimination shouldnt be allowed in canada. a young black man cant go shooping by him self without being looked upon.
I am never coming to boathouse again.
