The scent when you walk in is simply divine; it was like a refreshing awakening. The moment I entered, I suddenly felt inspired to transform the entire interior of my home. The selection of products is beautifully curated, and the decor immediately brings a sense of peace and calm. For me, it’s the intentional organization by color and style that makes everything feel so thoughtfully put together. Absolutely stunning! I leave outside Winnipeg and every time I find myself on this side of the city. I always make an effort to pop into the store to grab at least one thing including this cute little compost and the green tea diffuser. accessories are reasonably priced little hint**if you can’t find something your are looking for in terms of accessories try

Just tried to exchange the Chelsea black curtain rod for a larger size as I mistakenly bought the wrong size. The curtain rod is not damaged and has all the parts and instructions but the box is quite damaged..... that's the packaging, the part the customer throws away.... it's this damaged because of the amount of tape and product to hold it together is obscene. Now, because of their design of the packaging, I cannot exchange the item. I am pretty sure this item could be resold at a small discount without the packaging but they've lost that sale and a customer. Great policy!
Also as a side note, tried to email this rant to customer service but because I do not have an order number I cannot email them....another obtuse policy.

Bought a lamp, coffee table, 4 chairs and 2 side tables in the past month! Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful, good price furniture’s, environment smells and looks good, faster delivery/pick up option than other places I’ve ordered in the past month for our new place. Definitely would recommend ?

I would give this place A ZERO if i could. DONT SHOP THERE. this place is a total scam. Person called “ Tay” who claims she’s the manager is an extremely rude person doesn’t understand anything about customer service !! I bought something on sale and asked the associate if i could exchange it if it didn’t work she obv said of course you can exchange but not return only to come today and realise i cannot even exchange . The manager knows literally nothing about customer service she refused to check the reboot or cameras she refused to exchange it she even wasn’t interested to help. And when i told her i won’t shop here she told me ok!!? Will never ever shop here again and will warn everyone i know. They lie about everything to get the sale done. again Rudest staff o have ever came across in the city.

I purchased a $20 butter dish last week and i live on the other side of the city, this dish does not fit a block of butter like i thought it did so i asked my girlfriend to return it who was going out that way for an appt. I provided her with the dish and the receipt however the rep was extremely rude and because she didn't have the exact debit card i have she wouldn't refund it or provide credit. I get refunding as per your policy to same method of payment, but she should have been able to use her own debit card, and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Now i don't know when i can come across the city within 30 days to do the refund so i'm likely out that money. I'm in the customer service business as well and this lady needs some training in customer service. if it's the same lady i saw when i bought the dish she was fighting with another customer before me... i'm assuming it is. Do better Bouclair!

it’s fun to look around what they have. i love the circler shelf they have to store my plushy collection. some of items are damaged a bit or tipped occasionally so recommend to check each item if you want them in the perfect condition.

One of those wish I could give less than 1 star posts.Ordered a bedding set with quilt in it online for store pickup. The manager got it for us from the back and brought it out in a big bag, so we never actually selected or saw the set.Went to use it the very next day and immediately could tell that there was something wrong with it. Clear package it was in was all taped up, there was dirt in the package, and when I opened the flap there was a hole in the blanket. That was all without even taking it out of the package.Wasn’t keen on driving across town to address it, but went to the store, one day after purchase. Asked to exchange it, they didn’t have any. Asked to return it, they refused, against their policy. They were not saying it wasn’t already damaged or opened, they agreed that it was, but would not take it back.Only option was store credit, which would not do because I never intend to shop there again, or exchange for something that I don’t want. So we exchanged it for an another set that we didn’t really like but no other options.How can you sell your customer a damaged item and not take it back? And clearly this one had been opened so they did take one back at some point. Plus they said their system cannot do returns on bedding, just unable to do it, but when the manager had problems processing an exchange he did a return instead (and then a new bill for the new item), so there is that too.I do not recommend shopping there, I see more reviews about other damaged items as well.Update: thanks for your response to my complaint/review. Basically how to say "We don't care" without saying it. Thumbs up.

I love the items at this store, but come on how do you guys not offer free shipping already? It’s 2023 and time to get on the bandwagon. I’d probably purchase so much stuff if they offered it, but I’m not paying an extra $32 for shipping or driving an hour to pick up since you only have one location.
