Do not go here they have a thief that works in the back autobody section. I took a truck here to get a small dent out and I left my bag in the front seat by accident and I had a $3000 black sapphire Movado watch in the front pocket of my bag. I didn't check, I not thinking about it until I got home and sure enough. The watch was gone. I went back and talked to the dip stick girl at the front desk and she played it off and went back and said she asked if anyone had seen my watch and of course came back with a "no sorry" my guys are pretty honest. I never saw that watch again and this was after running around 4 claims through them. If I can say 1 thing to my 14 million views of my photography and reviews. DONT EVER TRUST THIS SHOP IN WINNIPEG ON NAIRN. THE ARE CROOKS. 3000$ watch gone. #Scammers #Thiefs #Crooks

We were side swiped, hit and run, during our vacation in BC and our driver door and driver side passenger were smashed. Manager Michael, J. And crew at Boyd on Nairn went above and beyond to ensure our truck was fixed to our satisfaction. They did a spot-on paint job and you would not even know that the two doors have been replaced. Before leaving, I did inspect the work done thoroughly. I am incredibly particular and noticed there was a small piece of rubber missing between the interior door and window which I brought to the Michael’s attention. Michael found the part, ordered it, scheduled me for a second visit to their shop, and had the piece installed. When I picked up the truck the second time, it was cleaner than when I dropped it and they washed the exterior. What I appreciate most is that Michael provided me with the reassurance that if any other issues come up in the future with the work they've done, they will address it without extra cost. Some of the best customer service I have ever received and I would take my vehicle back there for future work if needed without question. Thanks Michael and crew!!Services: Painting

I am giving 3* only because of kindness of manager Michael, otherwise I’ll give 1*. My passenger headlight needed to be fixed (MPI CLAIM). Boyd ordered one. headlight supposed to be xenon, after ~20 days came normal one. They returned it, and nobody told me nothing for 3 weeks. No calls, no emails from them at all. I got mad, after my calls and e-mails they told me that they can not find one that fits my car (I understand that, I have older car and it is European), I asked them if they contacted MPI, if they checked eBay, anything because I clearly can see few auctions online. Anyway, they found one and ordered it. Came wrong side(told me that that was warehouse mistake that I don’t believe), they returned it. I got really mad because it was already 1.5-2 months. After that accident instead of front desk I was notified about every changes in my case by manager Michael. Month later they received another headlight that was scratched pretty bad. I approved the lamp anyway, because I was already waiting loooong time to get my lamp fixed, but I did asked if the lamp can be polished and covered by MPI because of lamp damage. I needed a headlight, but would be nice to have it in good condition. Told me to come next week, no answer about getting my lamp polished. Week later lamp is installed but stopped working after few hours. I came back, Boyd employee hit bunch of times the headlight with his fist, and told me that this stupid European cars have weird headlight connections and nothing can be done because lamp is installed properly - lamp after few hits was on again so I left with working lamp over all the months.I am not satisfied with service, but i do appreciate kindness of Boyd Manager. If you ask me if I’ll come back, I would say no. Refer it to a friend? No. Front desk is not helpful, not giving any updates. Seems to be really unprofessional.I’ll pay by myself to get my headlight polished, even if I shouldn’t do that.

Boyd on Nairn is excellent. I would travel across town to go here to get my vehicle repaired. As I was calling around, they were the friendliest and most helpful. They did great work on our vehicle and handled concerns seriously. Michael J and his crew were incredibly kind and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had such good service for my vehicle. Highly highly recommend?

I would like to say Michael and his front office staff are so wonderful. I was kept informed the whole time and my truck was fixed SOO quickly, they even managed to replace my windshield for me while it was in for a rear end repair. My truck looks brand new, and the detailer did such a good job cleaning it as well, you can tell he cares about what he does. Michael and his crew made this estimate/repair so stress free for me & I couldn't thank them enough. SO HAPPY :)Services: Auto windshield repair

Wow!! I am amazed by the service experience I had at Boyd on Narin. I had called over 30 shops in the area, and Micheal at Boyd Autobody on Narin was the only one to return my call. I was told by my dealership that they could not get me in until mid August. Boyd got me scheduled in within a week, dropped the car off on Tuesday and was ready for pickup the next day with the Air Conditioning working great! Micheal was unbelievably friendly and helpful, and patient with me as this was my first time needing work done on a vehicle to this extent and first time doing a claim through MPI. I would 100% recommended taking your car to Boyd Autobody on Narin! Thank you so much again Micheal for your help!!Service: Air conditioning

Bought a new car, had all three windows vandalized within 5 days of getting it. I was obviously not happy. Went to the dealership and another repair shop before checking out Boyd on Narin. I am so happy I went there.Service 5 starts. Quality of work 5 Stars. Customer Service 5 Stars. Really couldn't be happier with the experience. Autopac estimate a month and a half ago, no communication since. Might as well call them autopac, for the lack of communication.Update: Received a call and apologies for misplaced paperwork. Wonderful response. A mistake was made, it was owned up to, very professionally, hence my car is scheduled for autopac repair at boyd on regent. A master class on keeping a customer. Also, I couldn't refuse the offer of a loner car eventhough I don't have loss of use coverage. Nice touch!

Amazing experience! I only choose this location because it was simply the closest to me but I received such outstanding service that I would definitely chose it again. Took my vehicle here to be assessed after being rear ended, the tech that pulled my vehicle in choose to shuffle thru my dash cam and check what videos I had saved as well as put his dirty shop hands all over the lense of my $300+ dashcam. A video saved showing the tech doing this. Wasn’t impressed so I asked the front why this happened. After apologizing I choose to give Boyd another chance, after weeks of calling and seeing what’s going on with my claim, I always get the same answer. “I was going to call you, I’ll call you next week” now another week has gone by and no call again. I’m done trying to make this work with this shop.
