She made me feel comfortable, and confident. She helped me with some last minute adjustments and made sure the dress was perfect before I took it home. Both ladies were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect dress without ever being pushy. I loved the one-on-one experience and it felt so personal and relaxed compared to other stores I visited. They had such a beautiful variety of dresses, and I honestly loved everything I tried on. I ended up finding a gorgeous dress for only $650, which I was so happy about! You can really tell they care about their brides and want you to feel special and confident. I had a very helpful sales person who took items out of the cases for me and helped me to try them on. She answered all of my questions and gave me some suggestions. Both staff and the owner were so kind and did an amazing job helping me figure out what style I was looking for and find the dress that will be my wedding dress. I highly recommend them to any upcoming brides! I am an indecisive person and they provided input and thoughtful comments to help me as I figured out what was best for me. Their service was above and beyond, I made a last minute decision to go back to check out a dress there as I was in the area and the owner stayed open and personally helped me customize the dress to fit exactly what I wanted. Even giving extra thought and guidance into hairstyle and additional accessories that would suite the dress. I was incredibly impressed by their knowledge and kindness and highly recommend them to all!”

When we came to The perfect gown we didn’t have an appointment but were still very kind and patient with me. Even after I kept trying on dresses over and over since I’m a very indecisive person they still took their time with me. They offered amazing prices since we were on a budget and the seamstress Elaine worked on the alternations over night since we were in a hurry. Even offering to drop it off to us since we didn’t have the time to come pick the dress up. The whole experience was very fun and I felt like a princess!”
