Amanda was welcoming, she listened to exactly what I was looking for, and provided additional information as much as possible. She even checked in during the appointment with their alterations expert to ensure what I was envisioning would be possible.We had such a fun time at the shop. There's amazing selection with some of the best prices! I'll definitely be back to check out the other consignment items for bridesmaid dresses, formal events, and for other bridal events (rehearsal dinner, etc)!I ended up buying my dress, shoes, and a hair piece and am so thrilled with the overall experience.Highly recommend :)”

A mum wanting brides of all shapes and sizes to have an amazing experience trying on dresses as a result of the challenge her own daughter had while shopping. What a beautiful heart! From the moment my mum, sister, and I walked in this past Friday (Oct 27), the ladies were so helpful and kind. Patient while I was taking time to think. And the owner so generous when it came to the financials. I found a gorgeous gown that fit me perfectly, and the best part is that I got to do it with my mum and sister that came out from southern Ontario for just a weekend! “I had a wonderful experience using Hush for my bridesmaid dresses! They have a wide selection that can be customized with tons of different colour options! The assistant was very helpful during our fitting and knew what would look best on each body type. The prices are great and so is the quality! One of my bridesmaids does not live in town and with a few measurements they were able to get her size and the dress fit her perfectly! Most of my bridesmaids needed minimal alterations as well!”

“Purchased my dress and had the alterations done here as well. The staff are all absolutely lovely. The fitting rooms are on the second floor and so not accessible, and my mom has mobility issues, but they made sure to do everything they could to work around the constraints of the building, help me down the stairs to show her each dress, etc. Great shopping experience here.”

“Back in 2017, I came to this location to pick out a dress so I could attend my cousins grad as her date. I went back again in 2019 with my father to pick out a graduation dress. Both times I fell absolutely in love with what I had chosen and the staff we so friendly and nice. Of course I am a procrastinator, so each time I visited I was short on time and needed something that fit ASAP. They were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for with the selection they had. Fast forward to the present 2023, they helped me tailor the dress I purchased back in 2019 so that it could also be apart of my special day. It was very sentimental to me and my husband, and I could not thank Lexi and Maria more for their efforts and judgemental free kindness they gave to me and my father. Thanks to the timing I was also able to participate in a sale for a veil, and Maria went above and beyond to do extra adjustments and flair to my dress without any additional charge just so I can look extra fabulous on my big day. Further, I appreciate Lexis guidance a lot. I was on a tight budget and she told me how I can skip on costs and stay cost effective - they do not just want your money they actually care!!! I apologize ladies that I did not leave a review sooner but know that I absolutely would not have been more satisfied going with any other company and I will continue to vouch for your services in the future.”

“They double booked brides. Very friendly girl who helped us, but the Asian lady who came looking for pins was so rude to our lady. Mumbling things loud enough for everyone to hear her being rude.They went over budget pulling dresses. Seems that's common though. But went over by $600 plus”

This was the third shop I visited while bridal dress shopping and I was floored by the help I got and the confidence that I was given here that I was being well taken care of. When I first entered the store, some young faces looked absolutely disgusted that I was there, but then Shelly welcomed us in and was caring, accommodating, efficient, and warm to the max. She is the most wonderful person I could imagine helping me shop. She knows her stuff, she is kind, she listens to what you’re looking for and gives you every assurance that there is something for you there.
