If there is no available size, sales associates will tell you that they will order it for you online and shipped it to the store. They promised to text and email you once they received it, but no text/email at all. You have to call them and asked for an update. Take note! they will charged you the entire amount. It will still send you an email that you have unpaid order. Terrible service!

No help was offered as i waited for 10ish minutes for help. There were 2-3 workers helping other customers. I understand it’s busy but I definitely felt ignored. Not so good

Really helpful employees. Special shout out Cassy! She helped multiple times when I came into the store. I had a slide that had a problem, she helped me find the receipt and do an exchange.

Lady was reluctant to help me, grabbed me a pair of shoes and then continued to talk about me in the back room very loud where I could hear her. She said my moccasins were winter shoes. Not a great experience. Would not recommend coming here unless you are dressed to the nines

My first negative review. If I could give 0 stars I would. They gave my mom and sister a very difficult time when they attempted to make a return. The issue was on the store’s end with their printer/system printing the wrong card number. We even showed proof of purchase in our bank app. Would not recommend shopping there unless you’re sure about keeping your pair of shoes.I have experience as a cashier for at least 3 different companies and dealt with hundreds of returns myself… that was not acceptable Browns.Edit: if you paid with Apple Pay, the digits for the card payment will differ. Still… I will never forget the way the sale associate refused to let us make a return even though she was the one who sold it to us the day prior.

Hello!I was last week at store in Polo Park and I’m so happy with my experience! Stuff is extremely nice and helpful.The girl who was serving me (Agata) had so much knowledge about shoes she sold to me (Hooka)! So funny because I ended up with two pairs that I didn’t expect I would need, I got runner and lemon jelly slides.I love the selection and the customer service in this store.

Very friendly smiling and professional employees. Always give maximum attention to the customer, help with the choice of shoes and footwear care products, very professionally. One can feel the professional work of the store manager, who keeps his staff at a high level. I recommend this store.

I would give 0 stars if that were possible. I have stopped by this store several times in the past year, and never ONCE have I been asked if I need any help. Even when I was walking around the store holding a few shoes that I was interested in trying. I tried two different visits to get some help, and was able to get attention after a few tries. But I was made to feel that I was a bother. Yes - at times the store has been busy, but at other times it’s been the middle of a weekday with no other customers in the store. Yesterday I walked in around 4pm, there were about five other customers in the store. I walked around for about five minutes, and in that time I was not asked if I needed help, nor was I even greeted with a simple ‘hi’. I met my sister later in the evening, and we were looking for shoes. I mentioned to her that I wouldn’t look at one store because of poor (or non-existent) customer service, and she said - ‘oh, I know which store that is - Browns’.So, it’s not just me that’s invisible!! Go somewhere where they actually want your business!!

Bought a pair of ON shoes from browns. Wasn’t sure of the warranty policy so called to ask about it and I was told they can be returned for a new undamaged pair. I asked when the purchase was and I was told over a year ago, I asked if they will still do the exchange and I was told “yes”. 10 minutes later I was called by someone saying sorry we can’t honour this warranty and they are very sorry. I said it was the stores mistake by telling me I can return the shoes and that comment should be honoured.I like the shoes the store sells and will return but this was a mistake and the employees should have better training on warranty policies then honour a mistake if it is made.

Purchased winter boots that had defective stitching on the inside seam, I explained that I just finished using a can of leather protection, and I was not compensated but urged to buy another can. Poor customer service...
