Our 2 new window shades were just installed! Once again we have been very pleased with the results. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and found exactly what we were hoping for, even though we didn’t know what we were looking for. Excellent follow up to our order and great professional installation. We have been counting on Budget Blinds for many years and certainly will be calling them in the future.

I recently purchased new custom vinyl blinds for all of my new windows in the house, and Moriah was my sales person. She was very friendly and she took care of me start to finish. The installer was very experienced in his job as well. What would have took me almost a whole day to do, was completed in a little over an hour. I’m completely satisfied with the purchase of my new blinds, I would highly recommend giving them a try if ur in the market for new blinds,,!!

I ordered cellular shades for 6 windows in our new home. I had Ron measure the windows first week of December 2023. I was told the wait would be 4-6 weeks. The install happened on Feb 21st, 2024. I ordered the top up bottom down motorized blinds. One blind in the living room did not work in installation. The technician installed the bracket and put up the blind but it did not go down. I was told it had to be reordered. The blind in the master bedroom was apparently measured wrong. The technician installed the bracket and the blind hangs outside the window. This will need to be reordered. We were told 4-6 weeks to wait for the blinds. It is now April 19th. We have been calling Budget Blinds. They do not get back to us. I have paid $4000 which is half the price of all the blinds. There is no date in sight. I feel scammed and want my money back. I would not waste my time or money on this company. Customer service is horrendous. Next step small claims court?

Would absolutely not recommend. We had a horrendous experience. Once our order was placed and paid for there were delays on it, and to get someone to call me back and give me a status update was a nightmare. In total throughout this experience I had to call over 10 times to get anywhere. Kelly ignored three emails and once I did get a hold of him he passed me to Ron the manager who took two weeks to call back, and made some promises that required five phone calls to get an answer about.It was just a really disappointing experience, we will be looking elsewhere for our remaining blind needs.

Very friendly service, the salesperson that came to the house, she was very polite helpful and not pushy. Service was quick. The man that came to install was as amazing and cleaned up after him self.

Budget Blinds deserves a 5 Star rating not only for the quality and beauty of their window coverings , but for their exceptional customer service! Mariah worked miracles and the owner Ron was kind enough to carry my blinds to my vehicle for me. Both went above and beyond my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. After my initial consultation there was zero communication. I had to contact Kelly Lewis to order the blinds. Placed my order in August. Got my blinds in October. I emailed and texted Kelly. Never responded. When I called the office I typically got the voice mail and never had a response. When I happen to actually have someone answer the phone she was helpful. My blinds are installed. The installer was very friendly. I am happy with my blinds. Service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them. Kelly needs to go

Henderson Hwy LocationI do not recommend this place and won't to anyone.After my initial purchases I decided to buy another blind. After this last purchase I have 2 more to purchase as well as a friend wants patio doors blinds from them because I had a good experience previously. Not so much this time.The blind was installed and I decided I wanted to purchase 2 valances for 2 of the previous blinds. The installer measured for the valances after installing the blind. About a week later I noticed the blind that was just installed was a roll in and all my previous ones rolled over so I wanted a roll over. I contacted them and an appointment was made but the day wasn't good for me.Well, it's now over 7 weeks since they replied when I said that day wasn't good for me. I've sent numerous emails with no reply. I've called at least 3 times, no one called back.I finally sent an email stating I no longer cared about the blind rolling the wrong way as it wasn't worth the hassle. And seeing as no one was contacting me anyway. I said I just want a price for the 2 valances.After numerous emails and calls I left a message saying I'd like a call or it would seem I'd have to go to the store to see what the issue is.I now believe due to the fact it was the owner who got the order wrong they didn't want to admit it and rectify the issue.Now my friend and a couple co-workers who were going to get prices for blinds are having second thoughts. I've told them to buy elsewhere and will continue to let people know about the pathetic customer service and warranty.I'll also be posting a review on Yelp, Facebook Small Business reviews as well places. I've seen others also state the same. They were not getting replies.For how expensive these blinds are, and no deal at that, DO NOT WASTE your money and time as they have zero customer service. Especially when they've made an error in the order. I would assume their warranty is also useless. Time will tell.

I highly recommend Budget Blinds! I purchased blinds for my cottage and were very accommodating with times for installation. In addition, one of the blinds arrived from the manufacturer with a slight defect (one which I couldn't even see) but the installer took it away and reordered one for us. I am now using them for our home.
