Would absolutely not recommend. We had a horrendous experience. Once our order was placed and paid for there were delays on it, and to get someone to call me back and give me a status update was a nightmare. In total throughout this experience I had to call over 10 times to get anywhere. Kelly ignored three emails and once I did get a hold of him he passed me to Ron the manager who took two weeks to call back, and made some promises that required five phone calls to get an answer about.It was just a really disappointing experience, we will be looking elsewhere for our remaining blind needs.

Very friendly service, the salesperson that came to the house, she was very polite helpful and not pushy. Service was quick. The man that came to install was as amazing and cleaned up after him self.

Budget Blinds deserves a 5 Star rating not only for the quality and beauty of their window coverings , but for their exceptional customer service! Mariah worked miracles and the owner Ron was kind enough to carry my blinds to my vehicle for me. Both went above and beyond my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Many thanks!!!

After my initial consultation there was zero communication. I had to contact Kelly Lewis to order the blinds. Placed my order in August. Got my blinds in October. I emailed and texted Kelly. Never responded. When I called the office I typically got the voice mail and never had a response. When I happen to actually have someone answer the phone she was helpful. My blinds are installed. The installer was very friendly. I am happy with my blinds. Service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them. Kelly needs to go

Henderson Hwy LocationI do not recommend this place and won't to anyone.After my initial purchases I decided to buy another blind. After this last purchase I have 2 more to purchase as well as a friend wants patio doors blinds from them because I had a good experience previously. Not so much this time.The blind was installed and I decided I wanted to purchase 2 valances for 2 of the previous blinds. The installer measured for the valances after installing the blind. About a week later I noticed the blind that was just installed was a roll in and all my previous ones rolled over so I wanted a roll over. I contacted them and an appointment was made but the day wasn't good for me.Well, it's now over 7 weeks since they replied when I said that day wasn't good for me. I've sent numerous emails with no reply. I've called at least 3 times, no one called back.I finally sent an email stating I no longer cared about the blind rolling the wrong way as it wasn't worth the hassle. And seeing as no one was contacting me anyway. I said I just want a price for the 2 valances.After numerous emails and calls I left a message saying I'd like a call or it would seem I'd have to go to the store to see what the issue is.I now believe due to the fact it was the owner who got the order wrong they didn't want to admit it and rectify the issue.Now my friend and a couple co-workers who were going to get prices for blinds are having second thoughts. I've told them to buy elsewhere and will continue to let people know about the pathetic customer service and warranty.I'll also be posting a review on Yelp, Facebook Small Business reviews as well places. I've seen others also state the same. They were not getting replies.For how expensive these blinds are, and no deal at that, DO NOT WASTE your money and time as they have zero customer service. Especially when they've made an error in the order. I would assume their warranty is also useless. Time will tell.

I highly recommend Budget Blinds! I purchased blinds for my cottage and were very accommodating with times for installation. In addition, one of the blinds arrived from the manufacturer with a slight defect (one which I couldn't even see) but the installer took it away and reordered one for us. I am now using them for our home.

I contacted Budget Blinds to get custom curtains made for my balcony window, they had good variety in pattern options and colors as well. Installation was also done by their person and he was very professional and nice. I would like to give them 5 stars for tremendous service and experience. Good job & Keep it up!

Ive gotten 3 room darkening roller blinds from them.The purchase went very smooth.From the in home visit for choosing what I was looking for, to the ordering, to the installation.They were very accommodating for the hours I was available.Can't say enough good things about them.I'll be purchasing more from them in the future.Blinds look great.

We just got our new blinds and are so happy with them , they took around 5 weeks to arrive . Installation was quick and nicely done. Would highly recommend using this team for all your blind needs !

We went to budgets blinds for vertical blinds … we dealt with Angelika she was great!!! The blinds were in ahead of schedule…I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds the prices were reasonable as well

Easy process from requesting a quote, in-home consult, to installation.Kelly was great to work with, knew his stuff. We ended up choosing roller shades that still allows light to filter in even when closed. Of course with supply chain issues, it took a bit longer for the product to arrive but that’s at the fault of no one.Once we finish off our renovations in the house, we will definitely work with Budget Blinds once again.

Kelly came to our house, listened to what we wanted and was able to suggest a few products to fit our demands. He also was helpful in choosing the colour of the blinds. Once we chose our blinds, we didn't have to wait long for the order to come in and for an installation date to be agreed upon. Installer arrived on time and the work was done quickly. We are very pleased with the blinds. The colour is great and they fit our needs. We are happy with the high level of service we received.
