“My Honest Review of One Stop Meat Shop
When my family and I moved to Canada over two years ago, we didn’t know much about buying meat and I say this as a true meat lover. We love meat, obviously, because we’re Nigerians, and many Nigerians are passionate about meat. But we had no idea where to get affordable meat or whether we should be buying from the big stores, local shops, or African stores.
At the beginning, we just went to African stores and bought whatever we could afford. And if you know African stores, you know how expensive they can be, especially when it comes to meat and fish.
The very first place where we started buying meat at affordable prices and where we found a variety of options, especially offals like intestines, lungs, liver, and other protein sources like croaker fish, Titus fish, turkey, and chicken was One Stop Meat Shop.
One Stop Meat Shop has been our plug ever since. Even after we discovered meat sharing as another way to buy in bulk, we still go back to One Stop Meat Shop regularly to buy other parts of meat, especially offals, gizzards, and specialty cuts outside of regular beef.
Their prices are very affordable, their service is good, and while the ambience is just like a typical meat shop, it’s a place that continues to give us what we need, good service, great value, and meat we enjoy.
So if you're new in Canada and wondering where to buy affordable meat, especially if you're like me and enjoy variety, One Stop Meat Shop is definitely worth checking out.

“I love being able to sit at my computer and order my meat for delivery. I can easily go through my checklist from the comfort of my home. Their selection is amazing. I always seem to be able to get my essential bbq cuts like picanha and pork belly, not to mention the steaks are cut to the proper thickness for grilling. I also really like that I can get the amount of fat that I’m looking for in my ground beef. Never had a problem with delivery.”
