I came in inquiring about a specific item, and Lisa so kindly checked the back stock for me even while the store was clearly busy at the time. When they didn't have that item on hand, she came out with other suggestions similar to it! I appreciated how genuine, efficient and caring Lisa was.

There is an Indian woman who works very mean to people and I want to exchange my jacket and she does not know and the ck rule we can exchange and those Indian people they do not know anything about rules and the become a supervisor this is ridiculous

I have been a customer to CK since the store opened at Winnipeg. However, my last experience was not satisfactory as I got a belt that got peeled and damaged even after 10 use. I contacted their customer service twice and they never came back to me with more than a case number!

Giving 2 stars for merchandise quality. Always buy this brand from Hudson Bay and thought would give this store a try. Bought 3 different items as separate gifts. Asked for 2 bags in total and got lectured by the sales associate on how giving out extra bags would result in them having no bags at all. She further added that I should buy gift bags from Ikea or Dollarama. Holiday season fun I guess!
