Thank you to Aidan! Very kind and helpful. On May 29, I sent a very important letter to Poland, and he helped me prepare everything correctly. The most important part was making sure I could receive a reply back, and he took care of it perfectly.

Staff are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. One staff member tipped me off on how to reclaim my customs fees by appealing to Canada Post. Was an unexpected surprise.
