“I picked up Chevy Traverse before close and I told the guy who helped me I would bring it back around 6:30 pm on Wednesday. I filled up the car and brought it back at 7:15 pm. For being 45 minutes late I was charged $48. I've never had that issue with any car rental business. First time at Budget and most likely my last. It's not even about being charged $48 but I never received a call, text or email letting me know I would be charged extra. I'm very disappointed.Lauren the branch manager at Budget Car Rental reached out to me and cleared up the misunderstanding and apologized for charging me for being late. I was reimbursed for the extra amount charged. In the future I will look to book with Budget Car Rental because Lauren took the time to follow-up with me and address this misunderstanding. I've updated my review from 1 to 5 stars because speaking with Lauren she went above and beyond to sort this misunderstanding out. Thank you Lauren!”
“Very impressed with their service. The SUV that we reserved was perfect for getting around Winnipeg. We also arranged to rent one of their child seats for our granddaughter. It was clean and fairly simple to install. The only downside was that it was brutally cold and it took awhile for the SUV to thaw out. When we returned, we were a little late but we were not charged anything extra. Once again, the staff were excellent and understanding.”

“I've been renting from Enterprise now for the past 20 years. I rented a fleet of cars from them for my wedding. I rent one vehicle from them about every year either for a personal trip or MPI rental. I rented an SUV from them this past weekend and there were some issues with the vehicle. Kingsley, one of their employees, gave me his business card and when I spoke with him about the issues he resolved all of my concerns and made me feel like a valued customer. I will continue to use Enterprise and I recommend them to all of my business associates.”

My only desire is that Enterprise would be open on weekends at their locations, other than only at the airport.”
