In response to your complaint, I would like to state that the staff at this car wash have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have been using this car wash for almost 10 years, and I have never experienced any problems with the staff.
It is also common sense that when there is a lineup outside the car wash, customers have two options if they wish to dry their car: either leave the bay or continue drying while the meter is running. Holding up the line is unfair to other customers who are waiting.
I personally saw and heard the entire conversation between you, Mr. Paanoh, and the staff member working last night. The employee remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction. On the other hand, you became aggressive, raised your voice, and attempted to intimidate the staff by saying you would not leave the wash even though there was a lineup and your time had already expired.
It is unfair to now blame the staff for this situation when they acted professionally and appropriately.”
“Great place to wash your car yourself with wand wash. Cost is $2 for 2 1/2 minutes. They have wand wash, soap brush, vacuum, and air to blow some water off. Staff is friendly and helpful. Use loonies or toonies. Staff will give coins and can use cash, debit or credit to pay. Not too busy. Usually can get in right away, but if not 5 minute wait max. 8 stalls ?”
“This is an excellent car wash. The options are great (different waxes and finishes which last weeks after the wash) and I don't always have change so the card reader is a huge convenience. I never find the soap is chincy and it is always a great amount to coat and remove grease and dust. The pressure is strong so washing is faster than some other places I've been.”

They handled it in just a few minutes and didn’t even charge me, which was such a nice surprise. “Have a membership and use it all the time, it's fantastic. Usually quick, able to vacuum the car out after and wipe it down. Only issue is the vacuums aren't very strong. Otherwise it would be a 5!”

“It's a fairly clean , well run wand car wash that seems to always be accesible with a no wait or limited wait times. There are more than 10 stalls so quick turnover ..the staff keeps the place clean by squeegeeing the floors frequently .”
