Where do I begin. 3.5 months waiting to get my truck in. Told it’s from parts orders. I’m not a mechanic but I know it doesn’t take 1/4 of the year to order parts. When called in to ask for an update, was told it would go in next week possibly and Aaron would give me a call. Week goes by and nothing. I can back and am told I am frustrating him. I’m frustrating you? My car has been in pieces of months and you’re giving me the run around. Courtney then took over. Very cordial and kind. Top marks for her. Got my truck back and bumper is missing two pieces. Not sure how it was missed as only one was missing on the damaged side and would think the mechanic would see it didn’t look right as there was a open hole for hardware and mounting beneath the bumper skirt. Then I get it back and the ac half works. Now when I say half works I mean it. It blows cold air on one side and hot on the other. Tech looks at it and says it’s the hvac control system or a vent that’s not moving inside the dash. Courtney tells me it can’t be related as it would have had to have been a direct hit to cause it. You mean like running over an adult deer with the front left side of your vehicle? There was hair so far back in the vehicle you could still see it days later after driving from the deer but that’s wasn’t hard enough. If your going to deal with anyone hear. Deal with Courtney. However beware this place in general

I was in a collision and they helped me out great! They were on back order and I expressed that I was moving and they helped me right away.. they made sure I had a rental lined up and I appreciated their service !

One of the sliding doors of our van malfunctioned and could not be closed properly. We immediately brought the van to CARSTAR Auto Body. Courtney helped us, and she was very friendly and patient. After I explained and showed her the problem, she asked a technician to check the issue. The technician was also super friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He brought the van inside the shop and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. When I asked how much I needed to pay, Courtney said it would be free, and I was very surprised. I really appreciate their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism. This is the definitely the shop of choice for any of my future Autobody work. Thank you CARSTAR at St. James!

I had my car damaged at another shop while getting routine work, and was moving within the week. I've never had to deal with a damaged car before and had no idea what I was doing. Courtney at St. James CarStar got me in quick and walked me through the entire process. She answered every question I had professionally and made something that could have been a big headache into a very simple process.
For someone who'd never had to deal with a situation like this before I felt so lost and Courtney handled everything quickly and did an AMAZING job. Will definitely be recommending this location and her service to everyone I know.

I had someone damage my windshield so I called Carstar on St James. The staff was super friendly and they got my vehicle in right away. My car came out with a new windshield and sparkly clean. I highly recommend this shop for all of your MPI claims repairs!!! Fantastic Job Team!!!!

I have never been treated so poorly or have witnessed such horrible customer service and quality in my life and I’ve dealt with a lot of places over the years. I Have no idea how they stay in business. Note: I never give reviews that’s how bad this place is.

Very rude management and i had a worst experience here , if there is having an option of 0 stars i will definitely put zero here. Unprofessionalism and if you guys go there they gonna make your vehicle hell.

Do not go here. Zero customer service. No mechanic will take the time to look at your vehicle. Receptionist will take photos and a quote written based on a receptionist photo. Find a mechanic who will find the time to assess work to be done on your vehicle.

I called in with a super last minute appointment for the removal of my damaged fender liner, and they not only fit me into their schedule, but also made the changes I asked for after I got there and didn't charge me anything for the work. I didn't catch any names but all four people I talked to there were helpful and absolutely awesome to deal with.

I'll never go here again. No rental vehicles when promised, extra costs,. Not to mention my undershield was hanging by 1 clip on my ride home - refused to re-start my electrical for my mirrior sensors. Took a year just for my car manual to be ordered and even it was used.... Ugh. The list goes on -
