Don’t even deserve one star.. Dec 8 2025, 6 pm..I was at the store and one of staff behaviour was not acceptable.Carter is my favourite store for my kids clothes but I will never go to this location again after this incident and I felt that she has problem from Indian people & she used very harsh words to me..everyone deserves respect.staff should be trained to provide good customer service..

Customer service is always amazing, the team is always nice and helpful when I come to pick up my order and have a question. Store is always clean and nicely maintained and organized. Love shopping here, always have great deal, I especially love the purely soft collection as it doesn’t shrink and grows well with your child which makes it true to size and last longer

Always closed. Came here to get my son swimming stuff and they said they were on lunch until 330pm. So I waited outside for half hour. Came back and they changed it to 4pm. Terrible service. Wouldn't recommend this carter's/Oshkosh to anyone.

Arrived at Carter’s at 2:30 and it stated they were closed for lunch break until 3:30 so I wait patiently and when the time comes, the “lunch break” has been extended until 4pm.Terrible service and it’s ALWAYS closed.don’t waste your time coming to this location.

At the time of our visit there was only one attendant(thus 4 instead of 5). Despite the lack of personnel, she was very helpful and courteous to her clients. The place is very clean and the merchandise is in proper order (everything arranged and folded and most clothes are where you would expect them). Stock levels are very good as i can find whatever we needed at the size we wanted. As it sits in a stripmall, there is parking everywhere.
