I walked in around 12:30 today to pick out flowers for a coworker’s last day and was immediately helped. I explained what I wanted and within minutes she had put together a lovely arrangement, and added water to the ends when I mentioned they would likely sit for several hours. She actually thanked me for waiting, when she was the one who helped me so quickly. i will definitely remember this service!

My Uncle passed away very recently. My partner decided to buy my mother flowers, to be delivered the following Monday. Now, it just so happens that the weekend that passed was May long, and while yes we should have been aware there might be an affect on services, there was no warning or indication on the website that our order would be cancelled. We are incredibly displeased, and what should have been an act of kindness has just turned into a headache. I would urge whoever is in charge of such things to have a calendar on their website prominently displaying dates in which orders cannot be fulfilled.

Flowers were ordered for me for my mom's passing from Charles woodflores and I have to say the quality is amazing and that it is now the 5th day that I've had these flowers and they still look as fresh as they did last Saturday. They texted me ahead of time to make sure that I would be home so that the flowers could be delivered personally, very efficient and professional service. I would highly recommend Charles woodflores for any flower flower opportunity.

I would rate 10 out of 10 Stars if I could. My wife and I recently got married and I have to say a big Thank You to Charleswood Florist for exceeding expectations.My wife is very particular and selective to the type of flower, how it was arranged and the colour plate. The moment we entered into the florist, Irene knew exactly what we wanted and gave some suggestions. We chose neutral tones with some burgundy red to fit the theme of the wedding. We were able to take a look at some samples a few days before the wedding for the final approval. We were so happy they they were able to deliver and set up at our wedding venue located 2 hours away from the city!The communication between ourselves and Charleswood Florist have been very effective. They listened to what we want and delivered. All the guests were amazed at the floral and complimented how pretty they were - it was one of the highlights of the ceremony/reception.Be sure to trust in them even if it is during your big day. They have went above and beyond for mine and I would definitely recommend Charleswood Florist.

I have ordered from Charleswood Florists for many occasions. This past weekend we held a Celebration of Life for our daughter and ordered from Charleswood Florists. They were absolutely beautiful - I couldn't have been happier with their arrangements! Thank you very much - you are amazing!!

Edit: Charleswood Florist has redeemed themselves by replacing our anniversary arrangement. The last photo is the new one. You can see the carnations are better prepared, the solidago is fresh and Blooming, less greens crowding the arrangement with a larger base. I have much higher hopes for this one to survive the week! Thank you Ladies for fixing this up for us.My partner picked up an arrangement on Saturday for our Anniversary. I followed the instructions watering daily, it's Thursday going on Friday and over half of the flowers are dead and dried up. So disappointing it didn't even last a week. He spent over $60 on this arrangement and it was nice enough but it REALLY should've lasted longer than 5 days.

I received a beautiful bouquet tonight and am so impressed with the dedication of the staff. On their busiest day of the year, the snow caused delays in their deliveries. They made sure to update me a few times and promised they wouldn’t be closing until everyone received their deliveries. Very impressed with the dedication the whole team showed and the care they had to ensure all of their customers got their orders today.

I do not recommend using them.My mom not being able to lay a wreath on my fathers grave when he was buried is 100% Charleswood Florists fault. Their lack of compassion during this whole episode was horrible.I order a wreath through Teleflora for my Dad's grave site funeral - and Charleswood Florist delivered me a freaking flower arrangement!!I called them immediately after delivery to find out what happened, they told me "since it was being delivered to a house, they changed it to an arrangement". When I expressed how unhappy I was, they said there was nothing they could do.I didn't want an arrangement!! I wanted a wreath to lay on my Dad's grave!I had it delivered to my house because the cemetery is outside of the city.How dare they make that kind of change without my consent!They offered NOTHING - didn't even help resolve the issue. Just kept saying "nothing we can do, you ordered online".Seriously, is that how they treat their customers?I will admit that I was notified by Teleflora that the types of flowers in the wreath weren't available. I agreed to use different types of flowers as long as they were the same color BUT I was not told about it / nor did I agree to it being changed from a wreath to an arrangement.I have made a formal complaint to Teleflora regarding Charleswood Florist. At least Teleflora, understood my reason for being so upset, offered their apologies, and refunded my money.I don't blame Teleflora for this - this falls on the florist.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for a Celebration of life. Spent over $100.00 and the arrangement I received was half the size of the photo and arrangement I picked. I had to run out to Safeway the morning of the Celebration of Life to buy an additional $60.00 of flowers to fill in the arrangement. I have flowers of what I received and have shown many people who were appalled at the quality. INCLUDING horribly wilted roses

Second time I ordered flowers.This time 35 roses for our anniversary and a 3pm delivery if possible,after 3 I called and asked what time they would be delivered,she said they couldn't find our address,confused I said you just delivered flowers 3 months ago without any problems.I said just stay on Roblin my street intersects with Roblin turn right I told her. The person I talked to said it was in a different area I said your business is on Roblin and the easy way out was stay on Roblin and at the end is my street, she HUNG UP on me,I called the owner and she said she would call me back with the del. time.The biggest joke was, it was the same driver that delivered the first order 3 months ago.Very rude of them to hang up on something that was totally their fault with no apology,spent over $300,you lost my business.You could have googled the address.
