“I don’t understand why there are the number of low ratings there are or the reasons behind them. Are people’s service expectations unrealistically high? For example, expecting a CSR to know what the rates are for a loan or mortgage is ridiculous. That sort of question should clearly be posed to a back office staff member or lending officer. I was a bank employee in Winnipeg for over 25 years and saw a significant migration of customers from banks to credit unions. Why? Because credit unions like Assiniboine CU excel in delivering exemplary service.”

“Today (14 august 2024 at 11:00 am) i made a visit according about uninformed service charges every month. My bank account shows no fees checking account but bank charges near about $24. I requested cashier about that and she asked from senior. One gentleman came and showed very bad customer service. He refused and said that he cannot do anything. I asked how can i close my account and he frequently got ready to close my account. This is lowerest customer service of that employee. Unfortunately i forgot to note down name of that employee. i am trying to make complaint to higher authorities about everything (customer service and uninformed money charged)
