First time Went to service department on Saturday regarding my recall status after buying a new vehicle from out of state. One of the gentleman who received me was extremely disrespectful regarding everything altogether. Wanted to make a formal complaint but the second person on desk told that he was on his day off and as I wanted to know the individuals name he failed to state. But tried to Escalade the situation peacefully, was extremely professional.

This place is honestly so disgraceful. Buyer beware. They sell bogus 3rd party warranties that aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on. The service centre left a senior citizen without a vehicle for more than 9 weeks after pushing through several unauthorized repairs. When it finally came out that they were in the wrong and had taken advantage of her, they went and tore everything out and gave her back a barely running vehicle. Hard to believe that people this manipulative and conniving can even sleep at night. Oh and watch out for the mechanics purposely draining your battery to try and sell you a new one, installed at an inflated price of course, because they’re the people that do that. Don’t bother reaching out to management either, because even though they admittedly don’t understand mechanics, they will blindly back their service centre at all costs. Shame on this organization. People are suffering enough.

Extremely poor service and customer service. Had a very simple autopac claim but they managed to lose my Winter silver rim . Installed a new Winter tire on my Summer black rim & gave me back the vehicle with a TPMS alarm and no Winter rim or new Winter tire. AFTER 6 weeks, issues are still not resolved so I need to get MPI involved. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this particular autobody shop; poor service & very poor customer service. Mark S.

The best shop for car repair, with phenomenal customer service, especially Mr. Rakib, deserves recognition. He assisted me throughout the process. I usually dread going to auto repair shops due to the high costs involved, but the service provided by them is truly worth it. I am grateful for all of your assistance. Thank you.

This group is systematically rebelling against God.
They fired me because I wanted to put God first, they want business above God.
I was met with hostility when I was talking about God to their senior citizen employee, which I can't respect because God is the most beautiful topic in the language.
There was also their arrogant mechanic who is bearing the name of the most important religion, who said to me: "God told me to worship the devil." He was so deluded and blasphemous.
Then there was this apprentice who harbors negative view of God simply because a church took many donation from him. Guess what, you shouldn't hold God accountable to the action of people against you. He was so misguided and lost in his spiritual journey. Why don't you have a personal relationship with God and stop acting like an individual or an institution represents God.
The Facebook page of winnipeg honda blocked me after I mentioned God's name. It seems as though the mere mention of God causes them discomfort. It's often said that only malevolent beings detest God. Thus, if this account leaves you feeling uneasy, the DNA test came back positive, you are positive of satan's blood running through your veins.
