Love it, don't think it requires security, not to say there isn't a lot of theft but until our government is going to change, people that are on general assistance or welfare as we locals call it it will continuously happen to steal, and if someone's going in there, for food, is not a sign that we need to fix the entire economic problem we're having?, and I'm only talking about here in Manitoba because that's all I can focus on. That's all I know.

Helpful staff member, it was a small trivial question, yet got the answer.
I like the self-checkout. Some people are oblivious with technology, so there might be a wait on account of others who aren't adept to technology. Then again, one time I encountered a computer error.
Security are only doing their job, but one was following me as if I had candy for him, Hey! the candy's for me and people nice to me.

Always interesting when I go there whether it's Halloween or Christmas or any other holiday they have which I consider a fairly good choice of products to choose from two draw backs no return policy and the music played in the store is very irritating and how the employees can work their shift with out loosing it is mind boggling but maybe that's why you never see a dollarrama employee smiling 😃

Goodness gracious. I don't go downtown often but when I do. I go to Dollarama and between the walking through clouds of marijuana smoke, and around the angry yelling folks. It's always a riveting time.

Trying to look for hotwheels.... Store has nothing so I bought nothing trying to leave and security says let me see what you have in your pocket.... I'm on lunch break in my work clothes.... Like for real dude I'm going to steal from Dollarama I'm working.... Persist on telling me I took something... So I empty my pockets like you want to see more????

Long queue. Manish was very rude and customer service was terrible. He does not even try to help. He even tells me that the price scanned was not matching with the label because it included taxes when everyone knows that the scanned price is before taxes.

In the middle of Downtown sits Dollarama affordable shopping where you most need it...
Everything you need after you get booked in to your hotel, chips & chocolate bars, shampoo or a brush that's been forgotten you can find it at a reasonable price...

Today I bought something from this store the customer service was very bad they don’t know how to talk to customer and how to deal with them. I asked her that I have my own bag where can I put my bag she told me to put it on their dirty floor even she don’t have sense to talk. No smile on face no way of talk like nothing. Your staff should learn some customer service skills. It was worst experience I ever had.

The staff that I had experienced at the Portage Rd location in Niagara Falls were wonderful. With it not being busy this wonderful cashier bagged my purchase. She did not need to take her time, she did. Friendly, courteous and not judgemental of perhaps not having enough money. This took place around 1 pm on Sunday July 14th. Management needs to give this woman a Thank You for working for our company
