My recent visit was unfortunate. I had intended to have a quick visit to grab a drink. The self-checkout had a technical issue, and I had to awkwardly wait nearly 10 mins for an employee to come and help since I couldn't cancel my order without an employee. I nearly missed my bus due to this unplanned delay!

I was disappointed in the picture frames that I bought. I know they're not good quality because they're cheaper but they're not great! I also would appreciate if the staff spoke English, it's just a little thing to complain about. When I worked in retail years ago we were never allowed to speak a different language other than English but I guess our world is changing!

A cashier tried to scam me a few months ago by trying to claim that I didn't pay for my items when I had given her $20. I am never going back to that Dollarama ever again unless that sneaky cashier is fired.

Will never come back here. I came in with a bag from a different store. I was going into my purse to get something and as I walked out the worker accuses me of stealing when I don't. I didn't even put anything into my cart.
