“Initial review July 2013My son and I have been doing business with IC Enternet for several years now. The staff, particularly Don, have always given excellent customer service. We have always been treated in a respectful, courteous and professional manner. in our experience, Don and his staff have always made us feel welcome and have been very patient in explaining in detail the pros and cons of each product we have purchased ( security cams, external hard drives, extra computer ram, monitors, HDMI cables, several mice and keyboards and Internet cameras). Whenever I have had an issue these folks have gone above and beyond to make things right (I. e. had a faulty monitor and they just told me to bring it back and gave me another one which they tested for me before I left the store, and one other time they exchanged a 4 port router hub for an 8 port hub (I needed a fifth port) at no extra charge to me!). their prices on equipment are extremely fair and they have never overcharged me a cent. I haven't any experience with their computer service department yet so cannot comment on that at the moment. However based on their service thus far I would have no problem taking my computer in for service should the need arise. thanks to them everything was a snap to setup and runs smoothly. Thanks Don and staff you guys are awesome!Here's an update 29Aug/20Went back to Don years after my initial camera install as I couldn't get my cameras to work remotely on my phone. Don had his technician replace my pvr, told me my hard drive was still in good shape and replaced only what was necessary. After not having seen Don for several years he remembered me and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work his technician had done. He charged hardly anything for the service Don is a scholar and a gentleman and I would definitely do business with him again. I highly recommend going to IC Enternet for all your security camera needs. I hear the computer side of the business is excellent too.”

He is friendly, professional, and keeps the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, even during late hours. The store itself is always in great condition, making late-night visits convenient and hassle-free. No matter how busy it gets, Hardeep handles customers efficiently with a great attitude. “I live just down the street so I’m here quite often and the staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful with a decent selection in store. Sometimes they can be out of newer taquitos or sometimes sandwiches but that’s more fresh food and I understand. When I do delivery orders or pick up orders, they’re accurate in 99% of the time.
even if I didn’t live right near here, this would be more of a consideration than some other locations.”

“ehen shopping for electronics and related products I want help from knowledgeable staff who can educate me about the product without me having to do research; that is what a visit to Bestbuy does for me. Their customer service is friendly, and efficient, always solving my concerns without having to make a return visit for the same issue. I also appreciate that they have their Geek Squad Techs that can help with computer problems and diagnose weird electronic problems, too. I do wish they still had auto electronic installations onsite.”
