I discovered this store just today and was very interested to go in and browse with my daughter, but seeing the way the owner treats negative reviews by lawding accusations against people instead of taking them in stride and responding with composure and professionalism was a turn-off.I will gladly stop in and support the business once I get the vibe that I won't be methodically ripped to shreds if I upset the owner.

I have been to this store twice now, and each time I'm met with friendliness. The staff make sure I know they're there to help, but leave me alone to browse at my leisure which I appreciate.When I ask questions I get a genuine and friendly response, and the staff seem engaged in helping.Yes, you have to mask to go into the store - but it is a private business and they can enforce the policies that make them feel safe. Ironically, some people making comments about this while trying to access this store should be more open minded.

I’ve loved this store for a long time, and decided to bring my sister in for her first time. We had an alright visit, however it did take two times knocking for anyone to let us in, and then they chatted together instead of talking to us. But it’s come to my realization that a large number of items from the store are from Amazon, but it is still regarded as a sacred space, which is slightly disheartening, seeing as though all items are much cheaper on there as well. It’s disappointing, knowing that a lot of the time it really is just a resell store. Also, I’m not sure if the owner or any workers are indigenous, and they do sell sage. (If they are please disregard my statement.) Plus, there are many closed practice items for sale. I truly hope they read my review and take anything to heart. The customer service/replies under some of these negative reviews is appalling and truly unfortunate. Instead of making amends, they accuse reviewers of being anti mask and antivax…which a lot are not. Myself included. So I truly hope you read this and decide to take a different path, and not retaliate with the same.

The owner of this shop is extremely friendly and devoted to serving the people of Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. She's funny, sincere, conscientious, generous, and has always done right by me. As a business owner (like anyone who deals with the public and the occult community) she is sometimes targeted for harassment by unscrupulous others. The one star reviews made here by "Jolie Kusela", "Audrey J", and "Deanna Dupont" all within practically minutes of one another are an example of a coordinated effort to harm her business with falsehoods. Please ignore these one star reviews and look at the overwhelming good reviews that Elemental has gotten. This store and the owner deserve these good reviews. Visit for yourself and see.

Went to purchase a gift, the door was locked, but sign stated open. I knocked, a young lady answered the door, asking what we wanted. I said "to shop...." she turned and told us to put the masks on. We did then she turned away and stood at the counter staring at us while we looked at items. Customer service isn't what it use to be. We purchased nothing and left. We won't be going back.

Terribly rude owner. Zero customer service skills. If you aren't chill as a cucumber after calling out their rude treatment, expect to be banned for aggressive behavior. If you post a bad review: you are banned. If you call out rude treatment: you are banned. Every 1 star review has the same context: rude owner with zero customer service skills and zero ability to take negative criticism. And every response from the owner is the same : childish and accusatory. At elemental, the customer is always wrong.

This place is an absolute gem and I'm embarrassed that it took me so long to visit! I owe a lot to a friend to took me along with her today.There were many different categories of items but more importantly, there was a diverse selection of everything. You can tell that the owner has spent a good deal of effort and thought, expertly curating her inventory.Speaking of the owner, she was a pleasure to meet and I had an incredible conversation with her and the other woman working today. These women radiated warmth, kindness, and intelligence.I found them both unapologetically authentic and genuine which is such a refreshing change from many experiences I have had in similar shops.I was a bit surprised that my friend and I had to knock to gain entrance and that the shop asks each visitor to wear a mask. That isn't a complaint, as someone who has an autoimmune disease, I was pleasantly surprised. It can be intimidating to enter smaller, public spaces, and seeing the care put into ensuring a clean environment is reassuring.Shops such as this should be about community to my way of thinking. We must watch out for the most vulnerable among us.It's across town from me and I will be happy to make the drive to visit again.

What an amazing positive experience. First time shoppers, so very green to everything witchy. Staff let us browse, ask questions and they provided knowledgeable answers and suggestions. If you want to get into the occult, please try this shop and don’t be shy. They are so helpful and kind.

I’ve been visiting this store since 2020, I was a frequent visitor, the whole energy about this place is off, the employees the store, it’s strange.I was always fond of this place back in 2020, I was amazed at the prices and how expensive they were, 20$ for a small pocket stone?? Most of the crystals there are overcharged, they should be around 2-10 dollars, malachite and other uncommon crystals understandable, same with the books, candles (hand-made ones are understandable) etc, I ignored it.I was so surprised on how they treat their customers and reviewers, in 2020 I was learning and was fascinated in everything there, i remember asking the cashier questions about spell jars and she gave me a judgemental look and scoffed at me, also had to pay 20$ for a small rose quartz pendant (usually around 6-12$). Always had weird experiences with the employees.How can you take criticism so badly ? Stop accusing people of “anti-vaxxers” “anti-maskers” because of friendly criticism to help improve your store, or other comments with just rudeness or immaturity.One of the reviews I saw pointed out how they treat customers and belittle their knowledge and experience instead of helping and guiding them, which you denied, it is extremely true and a lot of people I know have had the same experience. Stop being so negative towards reviewers and helpful criticism, highly knowledgeable witches know how important kindness and respect is, please do better.All I ask is for better customer service-from a fully vaxxed, non anti-mask, friendly customer.Response to their “reply”This is exactly what I mean, your childish replies accusing people of random things. I’m a genuine customer, I’ve bought books, oracle decks, and crystals from your store. Most of your reviews are from customers, you are genuinely insane to be and think this way.The fact you deny even after multiple customers have complained about the same thing is hilarious, you can’t run a business at all, it shows. This store will never change, and it’s sad to see wasted potential.I don’t care about your “harassment” or “stalkers”, you talk about bullies but reply to a customer calling them a “bigoted ignorant person” and to never show to your store again.Yes this is a new account, but I have never ever created any other account to leave a review or in your mind “harassment”None of your products are deemed “high quality” I remember them charging me 20$ for a broken malachite, I bought incense “dragon blood” and “lavender” from you, dragon blood had snapped incense and lavender was cheap and didn’t burn right. Your skulls and bones are fake, you charge 50$ for a little pot you can get for 15$ somewhere else. You love overcharging.You can’t handle customers or “harassment” maturely, honestly hope your business shuts down. Awful owner.I recommend sticking to cartoons, it’s better for children.
