Best Enterprise in the city by far (we have used a few over the years).They have the best inventory for luxury rentals and fantastic customer service. I look forward to renting from this location again for our next road trip. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my last time using enterprise.I had another bad experience before this but this one was crazy. I had a claim through Mpi and I was told at the counter that Mpi will cover it all. I got into an accident which was another party’s fault!After my car was fixed and I dropped off the rental the same day my dealership called to pick up my car, nobody mentioned anything about extra days on my rental. I was good to go and enterprise calls me a few weeks later telling me that Mpi didn’t cover some days of my claim so we need to charge your credit card. I said do not take any money at all until I authorize this as this is an Mpi claim. The girl said ok, I’ll look into it more.The next day another one of their agents called and said I charged $282 on your credit card which I provided as a security deposit. I was furious as I already told the girl don’t take nothing until I deal with Mpi and the dealership. To resolve this I went back and forth atleast 4 times between Mpi, dealership and enterprise and nobody seemed to have an answer. I do not understand why didn’t they tell me before hand or give me an update. I would’ve returned the rental and bussed to work or ask my husband for rides. Why did they just let me keep the car “past my allowed days through Mpi” or why didn’t anybody inform me that hey, after today you’ll be responsible for the payments on your own. This is just horrible! I am the one to leave good reviews but where the bad is needed I am just going to have to warn others. You need to have better communication with consumers especially if you’re taking contracts from big dealerships! -10/10. No surprise every branch is filled with horrible experiences people had. Says a lot about a company. If you don’t have a claim. Go to hertz or Avis! Both are amazing!

Very helpful staff. Rental vehicle was clean and ready for pick-up, and the drop-off was a breeze. The staff at this location were very organized and courteous. They offered me a ride to a nearby location so that I didn't need to take a taxi or Uber. Excellent! Highly Recommend!

They picked me up from the autobody shop and were very pleasant. I rented a 2023 Camry which was super clean and roomy. When i returned it they also dropped me off at my vehicle. Great experience!

I am from Australia and this was my first time hiring / driving in Canada. I didn't know which rental company to use as reviews were mixed for all but now I wouldn't look anywhere else after the service I received from Enterprise (Waverley). I was given a free premium upgrade from the vehicle I booked which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was freindly and prompt and ensured I knew everything prior to taking the vehicle. I also called and extended my rental over the phone which also was not an issue for them. The amount charged was the amount quoted so overall I had an excellent experience and will hire again from them next time I visit. The Cadillac was also great to drive for the 2 weeks I was there.. Thanks Enterprise.!

I would 100% recommend a car rental from this Enterprise location on Waverly. Their rental fleet have new vehicles to choose from and at a really good price. The thing that was most outstanding to me was the service we received from the staff, especially from Delaney Rosentreter. Really kind people, not pushy, and just great to deal with, no matter which staff person we were dealing with. I've had some not so pleasant experiences with other rental companies, but these people are different. I would absolutely rent from them again!

I took Hyundai Elantra on oct 31 2022. Initially, My experience was good and I used the vehicle for 6 days. After 15 days they deducted 3 days money from my credit card by saying that MPI approve 3 days of amount. I contacted mpi and they paid them full amount to enterprise. Total they got 9 days amount but I used 6 days. Now they are giving me straight answer that your agreement is closed and we can’t do anything. Please be careful about this scam and don’t share your credit card details to them.

Friendly staff, but they don’t solve anything. I went there twice, once to change my credit card and the other to pay for a ticket. Guess what, they charged me again (duplicate payment) on the card I told to remove from their system, I’m trying to call them but nobody picks up ?

My vehicle needed a transmission repair at Waverley Mitsubishi and needed a vehicle. Enterprise were super helpful and friendly to deal with, very accommodating. I highly recommend this location.

Rental experience was good. However, should you receive a speeding ticket, Enterprise will immediately charge it to your credit card plus $35 admin fee. Other rental companies will give you options to voluntary payment, plead guilty with explanation or plead not guilty and appear in front of a judge.Enterprise rushed to charge admin fees and admit guilt at customer’s expense. They ignore the fact that customers have a right to the fair trial outlined in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.Therefore, I charged back that amount and had Enterprise deal with my credit card provider.

Up until this point, I've always had a good experience with enterprise. I currently have a rental, and I'm having issues that are being ignored. First day I got it I put my phone in the side pocket, only to take it out and find someone's pre-chewed gum stuck to it. My daughter also found a mosquito coil shoved into the seat, so it wasn't cleaned well. Every 2 days I'm having to go out of my way to fill a leaky tire on it. The oil change light's been on now for a few days, and was showing maintenance due almost immediately after getting it. Enterprise has been informed through my autobody shop and said they would contact me and have not. I'm not very impressedUpdate: now the car has a completely flat tire. I was told by enterprise staff to either change it myself or call their roadside assistance. Roadside tells me it's a $78 charge, and they would not bill enterprise, I would have to pay upfront and then seek reimbursement from enterprise. My autobody shop calls and speaks to the manager who claims this is not the process, yet this is what I was told. I'm now waiting for someone else to come and help me out. I looked through the reviews and see several issues with this location. I will be requesting another company or location the next time I need a rental, the customer service especially today has been terrible.

I had the same experience with Kia dealership making rental arrangements with the Waverley enterprise location. Got there and was given a kia Rio. I asked for something different and I was told i have to take a kia since my vehicle being repaired is a kia. I took the car cos I was getting late. Tried to get used to the size and all but I constantly felt scared driving on the highway because the littlest wind and it shakes like it's in a tornado. I called and told the rep that I'm not comfortable driving this vehicle and he rudely answers that there is nothing they can do. I made reservations online the day before for a different vehicle and went in to exchange it just for the customer service rep to tell me the website lies and they have nothing for the rest of the year. I ended up dropping off the car and the dude rudely took the keys from me.Terrible customer service.. I would rather drive my lawnmower than get a vehicle from this location.
