I made a reservation for a small SUV at Enterprise Rent-A-Car seven weeks in advance, only to be informed just 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup that they were unable to provide the SUV I had reserved. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the reservation and hastily make other arrangements because the alternative they are offering - a sedan would not meet our travel requirements.This unexpected turn of events was quite disappointing and left us scrambling to find a suitable solution. :(

Customer service, empathy and job knowledge is not present at this location. I reserved a small car for a road trip to attend my Great Uncles Funeral in Oxbow, Sask. I figured it would be a somber event so renting would make the trip memorable. It was memorable- just in a disgusting way. We arrive at 4:30 on Friday of the May long weekend. We learn our compact is not available (?) however they have a Dodge Ram. I guess they did not consider the fuel difference between a compact and truck. We denied that offer. We have to be patient as they find our car, as per the lady at the counter. It will take about 30 minutes. I am now frustrated as there are many tasks to be completed, its Winnipeg with construction everywhere and rush hour traffic. We leave and come back about 4:55. The Customer Service rep looked up and said, "Can I help you?" I now understand that my business is not important to this location. How many other guests arrive at closing time. The manger did not communicate with the staff this guest did not want the truck- when she come back maybe acknowledge her by name and show customer service. Honestly I thought it was the same person, until the Branch Manager comes and She was the person who suggested we take a truck over a small car. ( I did ask for gas vouchers- a hard NO to that idea.)After 5:00 the car has arrived and my joy of renting has been tarnished by the inconvenience and time wasted- as I had reserved this car. Now while they detail the car the branch manager starts the paper work. I ask why the car is not not here and she said the engine light was on this morning, So I said save the excuses. If that happened this morning there was ample time throughout the day call another location so the car is ready for pick up. She takes mu drivers license, then my partners. He is on the, "DO NOT RENT LIST"(?) ( We would NOT have rented having known this information). She dismisses us in and said sorry, but she sure did not want to help. I figure since I rented- just I will drive. As she is ringing the card through I am curious why she did not offer that option and help us after the whole ordeal. I said if we didn't understand english we would be out with no ride. Now I am harassing her and she refuses to rent to me. She went back spoke on the phone. I was not able to share my side. Why can 1 person disrupt my plan due to her lack of offer options. My mom had always offered her car- so we ended up saving money-but what an awfully disgusting experience.

This is the best branch and best service. The team are so friendly and the manager Mark is awesome. Great service, quick and easy. They go above and beyond and give us a ride when we need. I have been renting cars on a regular for 4 years now and this is the best place to do so. After this good review and many good services, I rented a car for like a month and then I got charged 375$ extra which is the damage deposit. I called the manager, I called the branch multiple times also the higher up regional manager. Which is scary that they don’t see the charge on their end and the claim they didn’t charge me extra. This is disturbing as how can u charge my card then tell me we don’t see it, is your system has glitch. Now I am disputing the charge with my bank which takes phone calls and receipts and other 2 months wait. Headaches u don’t need when renting a car. I am still fighting with my bank after a month of my rental. I don’t want anyone to be in the same problem. Take caution. After all these years it sad to start renting with other companies.

Great place to rent a car, much better and nicer service compared to udrive. But the prices, in my opinion, are a bit overpriced. Cars are always clean and well-maintained, with no unpleasant smell. And most importantly polite and responsible managers! This is my second time renting a car from them and I would love to come back again!

I recently rented a vehicle here while my car was in the shop. When I arrived, I was acknowledged by the branch Manager, Mark, even though he was looking after other customers. When it came to my turn, I realized that I left my wallet in my car which I had just dropped off at the body shop from where I had walked. Mark immediately offered me a ride back to the body shop to get it. I took him up on the offer and we were back in 10 mins to complete the process which was fast and easy.All the staff here are friendly and professional. This was by far the best experience I've had with a car rental company...ever!

Wonderful experience with these folks.. my car was stolen and the staff who picked me up went above and beyond to get me a small car I’d be comfortable driving during my insurance period… it was a huge thing during a stressful time, so I really appreciated it. Would recommend :)

My car died on Friday. I desperately needed a vehicle for the weekend and a couple more days. I walked into Enterprise and the staff got me fixed up with a car. They were great and very helpful.

Nice car. Volkswagen. Kind of strange it's a 2021 and it had a cigarette lighter built in but no usb ports. Must of been an old school engineer that designed the car.

Very unprofessional service. These people want to charge you before they can even understand whether they should do this. I was charged for a rental cost, which should be covered by my insurance. But I did not et any notification from these people or any explanation before they charged my credit card.

The start of my rental experience wasn't very pleasant, not at fault of the employees. Some technical difficulties caused delays and me having to be transfers to another branch. However, Dhvani noticed this and made sure I was well taken care of moving forward. Her customer service is unmatched and something you rarely come across nowadays. Very impressed!

Excellent service! After an accident I needed a replacement vehicle. I was stressed to the max and not very receptive. Dhvani was gracious, helpful and professional. She responded to all of my concerns with kindness and patience. If I ever need a rental vehicle in the future I will definitely go back to Enterprise Pembina North at 554 Pembina.
