Had 3 tiny rock chips that they were able to repair right away on my 2021 Ford Bronco. Super easy to make an appointment with them and took me in ASAP. Took less than an hour. They dealt directly with MPI for me so I occurred no actual cost.

Professional prompt and very helpful. Unlike other shops I called, they were able to get me in the next day .... excellent install, AND they even replaced my windshield mount for my Thinkware dash cam ... I thought I would have to order another online. Nope, they looked after it ... NO additional charge.

I used Exact Auto Glass to replace the windshield on my Honda Civic. Jason was very helpful and prompt. He was able to get in in the next day. There was a nice seating area to wait in during service and the wait time quoted was accurate.Service: Auto windshield repair

Well, Great Experience overall. I had a crack in my vehicle, I filled out the online form and then Jason contacted me. he had to special order my windshield from the states as there were none available in Canada it did take a little time, but that was no fault of Exact Auto Glass. once the windshield cam in he came out 24 hours later. as soon as he saw my vehicle he realized it was the wrong windshield (not his fault, it was the software that based on the vehicle VIN). he kept a smile on his face, picked up his phone and found another windshield right away and came back 24 hours later and completed the replacement, right in my Garage! Looks great, and he had also cleaned any mess he had made. All i can say is great service, great attitude. Thank you so much Jason!! I will be sharing your name and quality.
