Had to pick up the delivery out at this location because the drivers came by twice to my apartment, didn’t know how to operate our buzzer and decided to “say customer was not home”. No effort was made to try and reach myself while I was waiting for my package at my apartment.

Waited for the whole day for my package and I got a message that delivery will be made tomorrow because I wasn’t available yet I was waiting in my house for the whole day! They didn’t bother to call or notify me. This is the worst shipment company ever! They don’t care about you or your packages! It’s all about them. I took a day off because my package was important. Didn’t leave the house even for a minute! I am very upset with this company!

I had a great experience with Fedex ground from last three months .one Punjabi guy wearing a turban always delivers a package on time to Alonsa . one day i was late from my work and no one was at my home i told him to wait for 30 minutes because i was out of town at that time and he wait for me to come to handover that package to me . Most interesting thing he was very polite and calm after the delivery . According to me he likes his job and work .Thankful for Fedex ground to hire a such kind of delivery driver with a respectful nature .

Every time I called about my package I was told something different. They blamed others but themselves. I told them I couldn't access the road of this location easily and they said I have 10 days to come get it or it's being sent back, no offers to get it sent to another location. All because there was miscommunication on the shipping address, they gave no effort in trying to help the situation. All I wanted was to re address to the store so I can pick up in the evening. They did "3 attempts" when only 2 calls were made to me. The other two times they came to my place at the same time when it was work hours. Bad customer service on the phone.

As a contracted driver of FedEx transport services between Toronto and Winnipeg, I find for the most part very well organized and trailer in very safe condition for over-the-road transport

Never ship with FedEx horrible experience my package had to be in limbo for 2 days before I finally had to call and wait for hours on hold just to be told sorry you cant have you package delivered and we can’t change your mailing address and where to send the package cause THERE SCANNER is broken… how is that my issue FedEx gotta go

Drove in from selkirk mb to drop a package off for return the woman who let me in the gate was an absolute joke she would not take my package cause my shipping labels were not taped on the box, so I drove all this way for nothing unbelievable and she said I have no tape haha ya I'm sure fedex has no tape at all JOKE FIRE HER, all other companies I've been too have never refused my packages. Never deal with jokex!

I just ordered a very time sensitive package from Toronto only to find out that it's been shipped via fedex.Based on my experience with literally every FedEx package I've ever received in, Winnipeg (dozens over years), I'm preemptively writing a review to express my future disappointment and aggravation FedEx is about to cause me.On the day I'll be expecting the package, shipped express, signature required, I will be sitting, working, waiting patiently in my living room, curtains open, with full view of my front walkway and door for my delivery aided buy my security cameras, and two dogs who bark alarms at anyone who comes close to our home.The gigantic sign with my address that's pasted on my window is ugly, but does the trick letting couriers know where I am.I'll refresh the tracking information every five minutes in anticipation keeping an eye out on the "out for delivery," when suddenly it changes to "unable to deliver package to address." Nothing on security cam, no FedEx delivery truck on my entire street, no dogs barking. Nothing.I live in neighbourhood 5 minutes away from FedEx, and never has any other courier had a problem delivering to my street.I'll call their help line and after the 25 minute hold, I'll be lied to, because the driver will have noted no one was home to accept the package.Frustrated, I'll tell them that I'm coming down to get my package personally after 5:30pm, to which they'll tell me that im not allowed to do so until after 5:30 the next day, because according to their rules, the driver has to be able to make another attempt to make overnight deliveries. I could pick up the package the next day, after 5:30, making me question why I paid the extra fortune for next day delivery.Unfortunately for me, I'll be on a plane the next day to a destination with my girlfriend and will have to return the engagement ring to buy one locally. Everyone but fedex loses. How are you still in business with your poor service and over priced services?

I find it so upsetting that I have to give a star here to submit a review when my experience was not even deserving of that. I am so incredibly disappointed at the behaviour of this company. I am genuinely embarrassed for their employees that they are spending their lives treating other humans in this way under the name of FedEx who I am certain doesn't care about them or their wellbeing.I had ordered a large package- I don't have a vehicle so delivery was essential in being able to have this important item. I will openly admit and apologise that I had worked a late shift the evening before and slept through my initial delivery attempt- my fault. The next posted delivery date on my online tracking was for Monday, May 23. Yes, this is a holiday but the FedEx online information said they would still be making deliveries this day and my tracking information said it would as well so, this being an important package, I sat at home waiting until 8pm before finally getting a notification that it wouldn't be coming. Yes- this was frustrating. The following day I was notified my package would be delivered between 11:50 and 3:30. Again, I sat at home waiting anxiously. At 3pm I received an email saying a failed attempt had occurred. I can say with absolute certainty that no attempt was made to contact me that someone was at my home with a delivery. I called FedEx and told them what happened- no apology, no attempt to amend the situation except to say it would come the next day. AGAIN, I sat inside waiting, adamant that I would be there and ready to receive my delivery. I saw the truck coming down the street- went to meet it and watched it drive passed my home- took a photo too. Wouldn't you know, not long after, I received another notification of a failed delivery. Absolutely furious that I have now spent three days not leaving my home to wait for a delivery driver who is abusing his position of power, I call FedEx to complain again. I am told that I can request a fourth delivery pending approval. I argue how unacceptable this is and demand an appropriate delivery. The next morning I am called into work. I say yes because I cannot afford to sit at home for a fourth day. I contact FedEx immediately this morning when I find out I won't be able to stay home and apologise sincerely and tell them to not take the package for delivery this day. Who would have guessed it- I only receive another failed delivery attempt and a refusal to try again- even though I've only had one sincere delivery attempt up to this point. I have now asked to have the shipment sent back to the sender because I can not handle the stress involved with dealing with such disrespect anymore and I can not afford to sit at home waiting again. I've lost so much time, energy, patience, money and self respect trying to work with this company. Please, do not support or tolerate this from them. People and their time deserve to be treated with so much more care. If you are a FedEx worker- I understand the need to work, but YOU decide how to treat people and you do not have to perpetuate a cycle of uncaring, capitalist work environments. Have some principles- I beg you.

No communication whatsoever on package delivery. This is now day 3 of 'attempts'. I will get a notification that a delivery was attempted, but the customer was not available. I work from home and nobody is contacting me to let me know they're here. I've called after each 'failed' delivery (the customer service team of Fed Ex is extremely kind) and they've let the drivers know my buzz code, etc. I've even left notes on my apartment building to advise the Fed Ex driver what to buzz for delivery. The customer service team asked if they could drop it off at a location near me, and they were denied. They then asked if we could do an address change, they were denied. The two options are: try a delivery again, or pick up the package at their terminal station which is 12km away. Will have the package sent back if the fourth attempt fails.

I was home on my days off expecting my package to arrive, waiting. Inconsistent, I was notified I was "unavailable for delivery" a few days in a row. I was informed over the phone that I should expect residential delivery towards the evening, delivery was attempted at 8 am. UPS make it easy to acquire my packages, FedEx is just a hassle.

I was skeptic when I read the other reviews. I picked up a package recently and it was a flawless experience.They were friendly and efficient throughout my whole experience. They had clear parking spots for individuals picking things up.The only thing I wasn’t sure about was how to “buzz” them, maybe a sign that says “picking up a package? Press this button” on the gate.

I had ordered from a food subscription service that uses Fed Ex. Fed Ex called me to tell me my package was ready for pickup, which I assumed would be at my requested location on Henderson. I went the same day as I did not want my food to spoil but was told my package was not there. I called customer service who told me my package was at the main facility on Black Diamond and would be sent to Henderson the following day. The next day I was told my package would remain at Black Diamond and I would have to pick it up there. I guess it’s my fault for assuming a huge corporation like Fed Ex had refrigeration in their building. The box had not been refrigerated, the tape sealing the box had come undone, and all my food had spoiled. Horrible experience.

Slow service, west ciast to Winnipeg took 8 days and i went to their office to save time and pick it up. Employee was reluctabt to give me the parcel even tho i had a photo id with a different address . Parcel was sent to girlfriend po box which they do not deliver to. ??? My id address with photo and proper name was questioned ??? I told them their truck could deliver it to my wpg address, then she decided to give me the small parcel saying i am talking to loud... 8 day for pickup delivery for $50. The post office for $5 would have delivered it in 3.

I have been picking up packages for years, and it has been fine. Then yesterday I get this older woman with purple hair who was absolutely rude and seemed like she just hates her job and perhaps her life. I've since heard from others shes a real treat... Perhaps Fedex shouldnt have her dealing directly with customers.
