Fifty 5 Fitness is a wonderful studio. It is clean, modern and spacious. The staff and the environment they have created, is friendly, welcoming and up beat. Great music, nice people, and excellent, highly trained staff. My personal trainer, Vanessa, is encouraging and keeps me motivated even when I want to give up. She challenges me in a way that I find hard to do for myself, and I always feel so strong after each session.I highly recommend Fifty 5 FitnessI'm very excited to check out the online membership as well.

I happened upon Fifty 5 Fitness back in Jan. 2018. I had been recently retired and getting my fitness back was my goal.I was encouraged and inspired after my first class! Emily and her staff are very knowledgeable and supportive; able to make modifications to ensure your progress safely. The gym is a very welcoming space and the community of women are very friendly; a huge plus in my life!In addition, Emily continues to learn, teach, modify and evolve the programming to ensure growth and challenge which keeps me coming back. Great job Fifty 5 Fitness! ??

Love the Fifty 5 Fitness classes! Emily and her staff are wonderful at helping you wherever your fitness level is at.I started 2 years ago and with sore knees and hips. I felt a lot older than I was so I took a step in the right direction by signing up for classes with F5F. Not only did my aches and pain subside but I lost 40 lbs and am feeling fabulous.Thanks to Emily and staff, I feel like I've taken control of my health and am enjoying the results.

I found this little gem of a studio 2 and 1/2 years ago. Emily and her staff are committed to making you move and stretch to your own limit. Adaptations of each exercise are given to make you successful. This gym is in no way intimidating or competitive, there are plenty of great classes to fit you. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Just a great group of people. So if you are looking for a good workout where you can see successes Fifty 5 fitness is for you. I have never felt so good ?

I joined Fifty 5 Fitness in November of 2018, and have been taking 'The 55+ Balance' classes ever since. These classes are a perfect mix of cardio, strength, balance and core exercises, and I enjoy taking them with other women over 55 who, like me, are trying to stay healthy. When I joined, arthritic pain in my hips and knees was affecting my ability to keep active and my quality of life. Emily and her staff kept me motivated and encouraged, and taught me modifications, when needed, that enabled me to keep exercising in spite of the arthritis. My strength, endurance, mobility and range of motion have significantly improved, and I now enjoy a much better quality of life with less pain. I am extremely grateful to Fifty 5 Fitness, and I highly recommend them! I am also thankful that the classes have continued during the pandemic via Zoom and other methods. I don't know what I would have done without them.

I was having coffee with Emily’s mom and she told me Emily was starting a studio for women 55 and older. I was just recovering from heart issues and wanted to return to the gym with women I’d be comfortable with but was very nervous. With Emily and her team’s help I went to my first TRX class. Well that was three years ago and I haven’t looked back. I love the community and now a lot of the women are now friends. I look forward to my classes each week even although they are on Zoom and can’t wait til we’re back in the gym.

For the past few years, I have been attending both in person and Zoom classes, as well as have regular personal training sessions with Emily. I can honestly say it's been life changing. I came to the gym with several injuries and chronic pain. I am now completely pain free, strong and fit. If you want an age appropriate, safe way to exercise, and want to ensure you age well - this is your ticket. You won't be disappointed.

I finally found through a great friend a place that someone over 55 can workout! I always felt intimidated at the big gyms. This place is great!!! The instructors are outstanding, the variety of classes that work your whole body are amazing! I have never felt so good and confident in my abilities than I do here!!!
