I really like the brand and the store was very nice, clean, organized and most important, the amazing customer service. I bought a watch and Skyler guidance and advice was great the process was fast and easy, also liked the variety of boxes they have and you can choose ur favourite! Definitely will come back once I can afford more watches lol

Great service! Hannah was quick to greet me to see what I was in for. I asked for battery replacement and she was quick to let me know what the charge would be. It only took a few minutes to replace my batteries and set the time/date. She let me know all about the battery warranty (which i wasnt told about at other locations) and that it would be no problem to replace if it died. No complaints!

Huge shoutout to the team at Fossil! I brought in a watch that wasn’t even a Fossil, and they still took the time to set the correct day, date, and time for me no questions asked. Super friendly, helpful, and professional. That kind of customer service is rare these days. I’ll definitely be supporting Fossil in the future. Thanks again!

Bout husband a wallet for Christmas. It’s already falling apart. Didn’t last 6 months before it began. Pretty much the whole seam has split now (it’s been in use for less than 6 months).

I had a generally positive experience at the Fossil store. The staff were friendly.
However, I did encounter one issue that I believe other customers should be aware of: Gift cards purchased in-store cannot be used for online purchases. This policy isn't clearly communicated during checkout, and I only found out when I tried to use the card on Fossil's website. It would be very helpful if employees proactively mentioned this limitation at the time of purchase, especially since many people buy gift cards intending to give them as flexible gifts.
Overall, I still appreciate the in-store experience and product quality, but clearer communication about gift card usage would improve the customer experience and prevent potential frustration.
