I bought 2 new tires at cost less tires brought them to this fountain tire.Got them installed and after i left i realized that 1 tire looked wired.After I got taken off you could see that it got damaged but fountain tire is not standing behind the work andRefuse to pay for the damaged tire.Not a good place to go to.

Better go to Kal tiremy brother came in with two brand new tires to get mounted on his rims and and left with one damaged one!!!And instead of admitting the mistake and stand behind the work, they told him that they not gonna pay for itNot the kind of professional behavior you would expect

Update:I went in today, and management handled everything professionally and made it up to me, I didn't have to explain much, they understood what happened.As previously stated:Disappointed with the serviceBrought my tire in Friday afternoon. I asked them how long will they need. They said by noon the next day.The next day:I called and got no response. I phoned another location and now they are telling me that location closes at 12 and they won't open again til Monday. That's 3 days I have now to wait for something that should only take a day. No courtesy call to say it's ready or will be delayed. I had to find out from another location. This is very disappointing, I needed my wheel because we are going out of town for our wedding and now I have this unnecessary setback that if I knew I would have gone to another location or something. This shows how much they "care". I can't recommend them again after this. I had great service in the past from the fort and vermillion locations, this location doesn't seem to care

I don't recommend wasting your time. I made a recording and received confirmation. But when I arrived at the appointed time, I found out that they did not have mechanics for me.The equipment for Wheel alignment is idle in vain.

I absolutely love fountain tire. They have friendly guys that work on the counter, can usually help you out with anything you need. I have gotten mechanical (brakes) done there, awesome price and was done fast. I also go my tires done under the MPI program with all weather tires and an alignment. I now use them for my oil changes instead of using the quick lube places. They sent me a text with an inspection on my vehicle letting my know that my tie rod was a little loose. They said it could wait a little bit and they would re check it at the next oil change. I feel well taken care of every time I go.

Didn't even tighten lugnuts, very lucky I wasn't on the highway yet, someone could have been injured or killed. Not even a apology. Absolutely blown away. UPDATE......They phoned today to try to get me to erase this review, stating that they did eventually appogize. Yes they did, after I mentioned they didn't and they made me wait 10 minutes to hear it because he just happened to pickup the phone as I walked in. I felt more bullied than I did apologized to. I would give zero stars if I could.
