Upon my visit, I observed a pricing discrepancy on the Butter Croissant, which was marked at $3.95 but was scanned as $4.99 at the cashier's counter. While I understand that errors may occur, the handling of the situation by your staff was less than satisfactory.Upon bringing the matter to the attention of the cashier, I was taken aback when she asked, "Do you still want it if it is not $3.95?" This response struck me as unprofessional and lacking in the customer-centric approach that one would expect.Subsequently, a bakery clerk intervened and informed the cashier that the price sign clearly indicated $3.95. However, instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience caused, the cashier promptly adjusted the price in the system and requested payment.I believe that such incidents could be better managed through improved customer service protocols. In this regard, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that my receipt indicates the cashier's name as Islam. It is my hope that Islam receives appropriate training to ensure that future interactions with customers are handled with the professionalism and courtesy expected from a retail establishment of Freshco's reputation.By the way, I would also wonder how many of these "$4.99" croissant you have been sold without people noticed.

Seems bunch of employees need training, went there to price match from their own Fresco flyer and they rejected it saying they cannot do it.Then I went to Superstore next block from this store and they did price match from same Fresco flyer.

This place is not fancy, but it is very very fairly priced. Many of the items are much cheaper than any other place in the city. I highly recommend.
