Getting into mtg and Pokémon from a friend group. This place has friendly staff and was a fun place to see the world of TCG. Wouldn’t mind checking out a game night here.

They're honestly pretty good but they need to work on their quality.
Bought a few singles and typically don't inspect the lot until coming home, only to find out they gave me the wrong card. 1 out of many isn't bad. They just need to be more careful.
Just be careful when getting singles and be sure to check them.

Fusion has been my source of trading cards for nearly a year now, and I couldn't be happier with how they operate. The website is organized and it's easy to find what you're looking for. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the mere couple of times I've had to reach out to customer service, it was dealt with promptly. I can't recommend this place enough ??

The staff here are really helpful and not intimidating at all! Went in to buy some of my first MTG cards and wasn't made to feel embarrassed or discouraged at all (which is something I've worried about for shopping in specialty stores before). They even offered me a welcome starter deck and told me to come back for practice games etc. Excited to get into my new hobby thanks to Fusion :-)

I've been going to Fusion for MTG and Board Games for years, and I just wanted to share what an absolutely stellar customer service experience this store and its staff always provide. The front counter staff make visiting Fusion a fun experience - they know their product, they know their regular customers by first name, and they are passionate about the different card and board games they sell! In particular, the MTG events here are outstanding. Fusion has a dedicated Commander scene and a friendly-yet-competitive limited/constructed environment (where you can really hone your game-playing skills, but also sit down and learn the game alongside experienced players that welcome you), staff are constantly coming up with fun ideas to offer unique gameplay experiences that make the trip to the store worth it. Just the other week, they hosted a unique flashback draft for the Modern Horizons set at a great price point - every single player went home excited, and having had a ton of fun. Really hoping to do more fun, one-off events like this in future, too - count me in! Particular kudos to Dan, Jess, Ben, Cam, Aaron and Thomas for making this store a great place to visit.

I've gone here for over 5 months since getting into magic (because of the store no less) and have had a wonderful experience buying and selling with them. They get your order done quickly, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and has a great atmosphere all together. The commander nights are also at a great price and you get a pack as well or tokens to get more expensive items. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The cards I ordered from their online store just arrived today and I have to say I am incredibly happy with this company! Their website was very easy to navigate and the price and selection were great, but I was most impressed with the package itself. It was pouring rain, so I was worried that some of the cards would be damaged, but they had taped every edge of the box and the cards inside were completely fine! The inner packaging was great too and everything was wrapped and placed carefully in the box. You can tell that they care a lot about their products and take extra care to make sure they will arrive safely. I will definitely be ordering from this company again!

Ordered some singles, booster packs and a commander deck for my magic collection. Website was easy to navigate, prices are good and the staff are awesome, shout out to Justin for making my first experience at fusion a great one! Definitely will return in the near future! Also the singles were packaged very nicely with care.
