Drove all the way across town to pick up a specific item for my daughter only your location happen to have in stock and your location is closed at 1pm in the afternoon on a Saturday bwith no notifications or indications. Extremely disappointed.

Worst GamStop in the city by far. This manager is known to hold product and set aside speciality items for his reseller friends.

Not a great experience. Went to pick up a pre-order today after work, should have been a quick pu but unfortunately not. I think the girl helping me might need some training. She couldn’t seem to find my order, even tho the store had called twice for me to pick it up. Turns out it was right under the front counter. Wasn’t very friendly or communicative, she seemed very distracted even though the store wasn’t busy. She took a customer phone call while I was trying to pay and then held my receipt hostage while she tried to sort out the phone call inquiry and went hunting around for a stapler. I finally told her I needed to leave and to please give me my receipt. Not great customer service.

Great staff that are knowledgeable about games and help you locate the ones you need. It is hard to find any physical games though in inventory.

Great shop for that average gamer or the advanced one. Has plenty of current titles for consoles. A few hidden gems of old play-and-trade games too. Great selection of collectables from black series to funko pops.

There were two people working when I came in. The young lady who helped me was extremely friendly. Got what I needed. Looked up a few items on pre-order and left with a couple things.Thanks for being great associates.
