Thanks Gentek for finding this wonderful pvc gable trim and pvc shakes. Yeah low maintenance up on the the 2nd level of my house. With the aluminum soffit and fascia low maintenance also. I appreciate the helpfulness and knowledge the staff in the office and the warehouse have.

Nicole and the rest of the inside sales staff are fantastic! Always gets an answer and all thy are exceptionally helpful. So hard to be positive these days as delays and backorders seem to be the norm, but they all try to keep us informed and work with us whenever possible.

Everyone that had any experience at Gentek has left. Yet another new manager. Lady at the front counter is extremely rude on the phone and can never answer questions. You would think she would know the products they sell but she simply knows nothing. Sales guy that was our go to person quit and hasn’t surfaced anywhere but as soon as he does, we will move our business to wherever he ends up. Beyond frustrated with this place!
