I had an incident in May where I wish I would've contacted the GNC Polo Park Store Manager, instead of their customer service because when I did contact the Polo Park Store Manager; he handled everything to my satisfaction.I am very grateful that he did because I want to continue shopping at GNC, for the same reason that I've been shopping there for all these years....GNC has good quality products!

Can't complain and I wouldn't complain. I have always had good service. Never been to the Polo Park store before. Always went to the one at Kildonan Place., but KP store closed.

Today just after lunch was able to stop by this store, did not get any of the intimidating talking or language, the gentlemen was very approachable, and really seemed to know his stuff, was patient listening to me my questions and gave me some really great advice and direction, even though I left empty handed, for all my future nutritional and supplement needs that type of interaction has made me a customer for life. Only reason I left empty handed was I am not medically ready for the things I want to do, amazing staff! Please like my reviews, I have nothing else to do!

I have been a GNC customer for over 10 years. I buy the same protein powder for years, due to covid I bought my product online and order them early to make sure I didn't run out. I tried it last week and there is something wrong with the product it tastes like chemicals/soap. I have a newborn so its not always easy to find time to call. I took time out today figuring they would help me out. All they said was because I was 18 days over the 30 day policy they would do nothing, after spending 1.5 hours on hold on the phone. Their faulty product caused me to get sick. They would not make an exception even though it was their product that was bad and that with covid I changed my shoppingto try and be safe, it not that I just didn't like it or changed my mind. A company that doesn't stand behind their product, is not worth dealing with.
