Chad is just so genuine and caring. Any time I get to talk to Chad or any of the Hollow Reed folks, I have a great experience, and I learn something new to take better care of myself.My partner even found his headache subsided when we stepped foot in the shop. "It smells SO good!" He said.Its nice that there's only one group allowed in the shop at a time too.So much love for Chad and Nancy too!

The owner of Hollow Reed has done the tedious task of procuring the highest quality herbs I have gotten my hands on.From Cordyceps to Maca, every remedy I have purchased from this shop is far superior to any other supplier I have found. I recommend this shop to everyone!

I live in another province. Be careful when ordering from them, especially if you are online and cannot go to the store to hold them accountable, given my personal experience:They accepted an order for important herbal products that I needed urgently for a sick friend; however, they did not have them in stock, even though when I ordered them, the website said that they did. They then did not respond to several requests, over several weeks, for them to return my money**Update: The final straw was when I heard yet another voice message after trying to reach them. This time, the voicemail said something along the lines of, 'We have closed down'.This is when I reported the issue to Paypal, because if they had closed down, I would probably be at the back of a long list of creditors. Soon after, they got back in touch with me and gave me my refund.It is sad that it took me going to these lengths to get a refund. I am left wondering if they would have ever given the refund, had I not contacted Paypal.
