Ordered lactose-free strawberry treat but as I am not a big fan of ice cream so I did not enjoy the flavour tho.

We all know what IKEA is about. Affordable food and always fun to walk through the place. There's plenty of staff around that you can ask for assistance.

We went there yesterday to finally purchased our dream kitchen cabinets. Our contractor didn't save anything that he did, so "STANLEY" went above and beyond assisting us by individually looking at the item and then ordering them for us. Other sales associate, her name is NATALIA came to where Stanley was doing his order, and she had the nerve saying that if it was her, she would NEVER do what Stanley was doing--individually ordering the items on our list. (Like she was so proud to tell this in front of buying customers like us.) Being disappointed to hear such words from an associate, I interfered and said to her "Is it your job to help customers like me? Natalia is in the customer service department and she should take additional training doing this job.
I would like to commend STANLEY for doing what he did for us. Thank you for helping us ordering what needs to be ordered.

My hubby and I love Ikea! We have almost our entire house furnished by Ikea for the last decade now. To be quite honest, the furniture has held up perfectly fine! Only one item has broke and it was an odd occurrence... it was also glass. If you follow the instructions, and piece the items together properly, and don't beat the ever loving crap out of your household furniture, stuff lasts! Who would have known?!? Honestly though, it's a clean shopping experience, costly, and we've had no issues. Until we do, we will continue to go back!
