Originally last February we had a ring (purchased some years ago from another jeweller) repaired and restructured with a replacement diamond. Sadly, the diamond was lost 8 months later - in mid September. We contacted Bill at Vandenbergs and he responded immediately which relieved the stress and anxiety we had been feeling at the loss. The stone was replaced and set in a timely manner. We are grateful for the service provided by Bill and Vandenbergs.”
