Over $5000 in paid furniture. Was told 3-4 weeks and every time I call another 2 weeks is added. Currently approaching 9 weeks and told it'll be another week or two. Sales assosicate Clara is not understanding of customers situation. Recommend going elsewhere as you're still paying regular prices but with poor customer service.

My Grandson had been looking for a new quality recliner and not having any luck. When he told me about it I suggested that we check out J&S Furniture as I have had great experience with them.When we went in I was happily surprised to see my salesperson. Debbie is wonderful. Told us to have a look see and let her know if we see anything. Long story short my Grandson found the perfect chair at a great price.Just over a week that he had it he went to recline and heard a large crack.After contacting the Manager Brian arrangements were made and his chair was repaired and returned to him in a few short days.I was thrilled as was my grandson. I will continue to recommend to family and friends.Thanks again to J & S furniture

Ordered a bunk bed for my kid months ago. Did not receive a call near original delivery date, had to call to see what was going on. Promised a call back that week to get information. I called back the following week to be told manufacturer delay of months. Told delivery approximately first week of November. Promised a call back end of October to confirm date. I called fist week of November, still manufactures delay, no call on their part to me. Management gets involved, takes away delivery and set up cost, I ask for a call back next week or a full refund. Manager tells me they will call as soon as shipping is confirmed or by the end of the following week regardless. Did not call back that week, got my refund the following Monday.The entire staff from management down is egregious dishonest about keeping their word about calling people back. They continually displace blame for their inability to contact and communicate with customers onto supply chain issues. They are defensive and deflecting when confronted and would not engage in conversation. Repeated their defensive stampers about manufacturing delays without even listening to what the actual issue was, lack of follow up and accountability.This is dishonest. They will lie to you a lot about things that are in their control and can show that they value their customers.You are not valued by this business. They will demonstrate it repeatedly and have a reputation that is poor for a reason.Both the CRA and Winnipeg 311 are more reliable and more fun to deal with.Cheers

We purchased a couch from here, it took over 9 months for delivery. Gave us different dates persistently, honesty is better than placating. Don't shop here.

We went there all the staff was friendly , dealing with a very nice lady she is new get some info then, We went to different furniture and came back to JS Furniture though we want to support local store, bought my son & daughter in law thier dinning table , then Brian Kyca got involve with the sale he convince us that pay $ 100 it get deliver plus set up the dining set and they take away all the boxes , it didn't happen that way! long story short I went back to talk to Brian , he attitude was : " I talk to so many customer a day i dont remember what was said" , so I ask him , are you telling me you charge every customer different pricing on delivery? he went quiet then he try to point out they have a sign there said set up is $50 , that's why they refund me the $50 for the set up job they didn't do. I told him i'm capable of pick up and set up myself and don't even cost me $50 in gas!!! it was Brian convince us JS furniture service!! He walk away said have a nice day mam which show me he didnt care , they make our money and basicly tell me to get lost!!!!!!!!IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY IT IS THE HONESTY AND SERVICE WE BELIVE IN YOU AND TRY TO SUPPORT LOCAL!!!!!!!

Very poor customer service and products i bought a few things from js furniture almost 7 months ago like sofas and bed their sofas only last 6 months then they giving us problem i visit their store 2 time and call these guys more then 5 times they took almost a 1.5 month to solve my problem beacuse they all makes excuses and blames on each other for not respond on my complaint today finaly a guy came to my home to fix and he only fix few things when i ask about my sofa side corner is ripping he says this is not include in insurance they guys were just lie when they sell things to customers this is what repair guy told me its hard to trust on these guys please be carefull while buying something from these guysThanks

As soon as i walked in the JS furniture store, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere! Sam, one of the sales representatives was fantastic! The store has great prices and the delivery of my beautiful couch, was punctual! I would recommend anyone to shop here!

My Mom bought a dining table from these people and when it arrived it came damaged, covered in scratches. On top of that, the people who delivered it and assembled it damaged it even more and when I asked about it they COLOURED IT IN WITH A SHARPIE IN FRONT OF ME. It has been months since last contact and they haven’t fixed the issue, I have sent pictures, emails and I have called them. We didn’t want the money back, we just wanted the furniture that we purchased. They said they would fix the issue as soon as possible over the phone to me and told my parents who had to go back to the store and ask them bc they had not fixed the issue. Only good thing was that they collected our money efficiently.Be careful buying from them…

Sam was our excellent salesman. He was honest and helpful. We purchased three sofas by Ashley furniture and the experience was positive. The price could not be beat and each sofa was several hundred dollars less at JS Furniture than at the Ashley store. The delivery was quick and the sofas were set up exactly how I pictured it in my home. A few days later I noticed a problem with the quality of some trim on one of the sofas. Sam sent two friendly repairmen to the house very soon after my concerns were expressed and the sofa was repaired. All in all I would recommend this business!

One of the Good location. Huge parking available around the store.The store inventory is good and showcased fine. I bought few stuff as I like the quality of stuff and sales person's skills "Sam". In a process of their service thing let's see how it goes. I can change review later maybe give them 4 or 5 star what they deserve.As of now it looks good and see if they fulfill their promises.
