During my visit, I encountered a significant level of customer service that fell below expectations.Mel, the supervisor, not only displayed a lack of interest in assisting me with my inquiries but also engaged in unprofessional behavior. I observed what seemed to be mocking laughter with the staff as I left the store, which left a lasting negative impression.As a loyal customer, I value the service and atmosphere Kate Spade store usually provides. However, this incident has left me reconsidering my patronage. I believe addressing these issues is crucial to maintaining a positive customer experience.

Extremely pricy, 1 purse is $700 or more on sale. I get what you pay for however I'll wait to go to the states or a huge clearance sale.

It was good to shop. The associates are very helpful and explained the products as the prices spontaneously. Excellent shopping experience. Be back again sometime.

Terrible experience, phoned the day before to put a bracelet aside. And nothing was put aside. All I saw 5 employees scrambling looking for it having no clue where it is. Wasted 30min just to pick up something. A very disorganized and mismanaged store. Terrible. They fail the name behind the store.

I had the best experience shopping at Kate Spade today because of Sewar. She was very helpful and even told me that students get an extra 15% off on top of all the sales! I don’t usually give reviews, but I think Sewar deserved a good review for all her hard work. Thank you so much Sewar and I hope to shop with you again!

I just need to drop my wife off here and she always leaves happy ? We’ve been to a ton of Kate Spade stores around the world. They have a good selection here, and the staff has always been great!

If I could rate lower I would.I love Kate spade, but I had a horrible experience a few weeks ago.I was looking to buy a cute purse, which I've seen online I figured I would go to the store to check it out if they have it.The sales person had no clue how to assist me with placing an order online as they didn't have it in the store.I asked to get help from the supervisor who happened to be there that day.She came out from the back with an angry face and said to me "WHAT?"I was a bit shocked why was I treated that way right off the bat.?!!I said to her, "I'm sorry I'd like to buy this purse online and I need assistance as you don't have that purse in the store. She then started rolling her eyes and started raising her voice and said YOUV'E NEVER SHOPPED ONLINE BEFORE? and she started typing AGGRESIVLEY on the keyboard after I showed her what purse I wanted. But at this point I just wanted to leave the store after being treated like that.Then she turned to her employee and shouted at her saying that she does her job poorly and that she is the only one who does everything. I feel sorry to the employees who work with her with the way she treats them. I would never want to work with her or wish anyone associating with the supervisor there.P.S: If you see a dark short hair. THAT'S HER & RUN!!

Love this outlet! I love Kate spade and used to have to find items at winners but not the greatest selection. I’m so happy we have Kate spade in Winnipeg. I check very frequently for new items. I’ve probably saved over $900 from original retail prices! I once paid $23.00 for a $300 purse. I’m not going to complain about that!! I mean they might be from 2007... but who cares!!! They are all timeless pieces.The staff are ALWAYS very helpful and friendly. No matter how many times they are asked in a day about what the final price of an item is they always answer with a smile! (They have these very convenient price cheat sheets, so thankfully it’s a very quick process)

Purchased a bag over the phone a few days ago (due to Covid their store isn’t open yet) , and had it delivered to my home, Bianca was so sweet & helpful with describing the bag, and offered for me to come down the next day to look at it (thru the window of course). I took a chance and purchased it, being reassured I had 30 days to return it from the day the store finally opens back up. When I got the bag, it was boxed and wrapped beautifully, with my receipt in a ziploc bag, a Kate spade paper bag, and a hand written thank you note. Thank you to the Kate Spade team for going the extra step during this different & difficult time!
