Lady was rude on the phone and after a day of them replying to me really fast I sent them the images I wanted to print and then they ignored me for hours definitely will not do business. Here they could have had a good and loyal customer.

I had pre ordered a research poster for my university research competition well over 24 hours in advance to ensure the large order could be completed without issue. I got a call from Scott Kendrick asking me to change the file type so he could print it. Great, that was no issue. We resubmitted it within the hour, still more than 24 hours in advance for when I stated it to be ready by.I show up the next day at my stated time, and they did not have my poster. The staff were unsure, though admittedly friendly. When asked why, I was told Scott had been working on it, presumably forgot, and then left for the day. He was no longer there and didn’t print my file that could have been done relatively quick.They told me they’d print it right then, it was near their closing time. In the middle of printing they said they ran out of blank ink, and had no replacement cartridge. How do you not keep one of your essential inks well stocked in an establishment specifically for printing? So infuriatingly careless.They failed to complete my order for a competition that was tomorrow morning, early, before most establishments open, so I couldn’t come back to have them fix it. They sent me to UPS instead, which didn’t even print my full colours correctly despite ensuring the colours were formatted in ways that printers could accurately achieve the desired colour.Very disappointed. The owner being so careless for something so important I had given enough time for, and sending me away because of their lack of preparation. I was incredibly upset, and will never return to this establishment. I came here on recommendation, and will caution everyone else from using this place for their research posters in the future. Terrible.

There had been a point of confusion in the mind of the person who printed my order. They assumed something where the math doesn’t add up at all, and instead of calling to clarify, I ended up paying for and receiving more than I asked for. I phoned to ask for clarification on how the order was interpreted, and the customer service was lacking even for a basic apology. It sounded, if anything, like an inconvenience to ask for said clarification, which I never got.

It was my first time placing an order at Kendrick Printing business, and I would definitely return! The staff were very friendly, responsive and accommodating when I placed a rush order for school. In addition, the business provides reasonable rates and quality work.I am grateful for the positive experience I had. Thank you, John and Kendrick Printing team!

Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable rates. Excellent products. Had booklets printed and bound, as well as Christmas cards printed and scored for folding. Quick turnaround. I can't say enough good things!

After delays and printing issues from Staples/Vistaprint, I was left scrambling 3 days before my wedding. I needed programs, place settings, seating chart, posters etc. After reaching out to Kendrick, John was able to reassure me that they could get whatever I needed done! I was still worried, noting the timeframe seemed impossible - but everything I needed and more was printed! They even reviewed my seating chart and caught several errors I created in my panic! Everything turned out perfectly, John was so helpful and I cannot rave enough about my experience. Thank you again so much!

Today was my second time going to this print shop and I will never go back. I'm a university student and was getting images for an art class printed on vellum paper. Kendrick printing has successfully printed onto this material for me on my last visit. I also print on this type of paper at home on my standard printer, I just needed a larger size then my printer could accommodate. After they attempted a few prints that didn't work out today as a piece of paper got jammed, Scott rudely told me that they would not do it in the most unprofessional and dismissive tone. Considering they have successfully printed on this paper type for me before, the way he blamed me for "breaking their printer" with my paper was rude and ridiculous. It is incredibly unprofessional to blame the customer for damaging the printer when the employees willingly ran my paper through it and an error occurred. In no way am I at fault yet I was treated like I walked in with a hammer and smashed the printer. I would think a printing company would know how to manage printing errors and jams but apparently this shop cannot manage that. I even offered to bring in paper that was cut cleaner, as some of the edges were a little bit rough possibly causing the jam. (A detail the professionals maybe should have noticed before running the paper through?) By then though I was already dismissed and told to go elsewhere. I would never recommend someone go somewhere with such horrible customer service.

I've been there before, and the experience was decent, but I've been hesitant to keep using their services, because I never know how much it's going to cost beforehand. I'm not even sure what they base their prices on, so I can't give a great, detailed suggestion, but I wish they would provide a more obvious rate or scale for prices somewhere, especially if it were available on line.

Update: after speaking with the owner about my experience, he offered me a discount on my next order.Make sure you ask for proof before going ahead to production. I was never offered a proof and didn't think of asking for one, so the business cards I ordered were a totally different color than expected. They weren't willing to re print or offer any kind of incentive to get them remade to match the color I wanted.Not impressed!

LOVE this place. They've done so much printing for me over the last few years. Friendly, quick service, and the most adorable Lucy dog in the office to pet and say hello to! They have taken projects that I needed help with and fixed them up for me to be right for printing. Moving out of central Winnipeg but would still send them my printing and make the trip!
