Very upset of the service and the quality. I bought few parts to fix my scooter. First, the part broke right away (the commercial wasn't surprised), second when I came back to the shop to get reimbursed, I got insulted. You are a "nightmare", that's what said the commercial to me...
I would not recommend this store.

This place nickels and dimes for everything. The female staff member is condescending. I suggest unless you are absolutely desperate for one of their products, avoid this place.

I have been trying to contact Kobi's Auto about this issue and have got no where with them. I've made numerous complaints about kobis auto about the fact the vehicle was a write off and not a repossession. We have photos of the vehicle at the mpi crusher lot. They listed me under as a cosigner but at the time I did not have my license or a job to be a cosigner for anyone. Kobi's auto refused to repair the vehicle and instead decided to send the truck to mpi where it was a write off and label it a repossession under my credit which was not the case. I do not understand why they continue to report to my credit. Kobis auto was told to pick up the vehicle to repair it. In return they sent it to mpi instead of doing what they were asked to do. Which was to repair it and return the vehicle. Payments were made every month. Repairs were not done by kobis. There was no such thing as warranty. I do NOT recommend this place. Very bad experience. All they sell are broken vehicles with high kms. Not worth it. Hubby Lost out on 8 grand because of them. Please don't become the next person to lose out on alot from them. They do not care about there customers.

This place sold us a vehicle that was not roadworthy. Took it to an MPI safetied station and would not pass at all the Rockers were rotten Etc. Came back to the seller and he would not refund money back kiss comment was sold as is. Go to a reputable car dealership that won't rip you off. Stay away. I learned my lesson

I have never had such a great experience. I not only found a car within my price range, but I am feeling better than ever driving it. It is not only the purchase that was excellent, but it was the service that was better than anywhere else I’ve been. They were personal and respected everything I needed. Slow service. Cars are way over priced and tjey sell u cars that were writen off or been smashed up and they dont fix everything they say they will before u pic up ur car. Tried them 2 times and the second car is in worst shape then the first one after a couple months of driving it. All the hidden problems they hid all started coming out

Very friendly but very poor customer service. Nothing but trouble with the vehicle they sold me. I will never buy another vehicle from Kobi's and I recommend that people shop elsewhere for a used vehicle.

Never put money down on your bill, and expect them to stop the preauthorized payments... the lady can’t do her job properly can’t stop the preauthorized payments before they get taken out the next month... you got one job and had a month to stop the preauthorized payments and couldn’t do that, sad... now I wonder how much of a hassle will it be to get my money back... incompetence at its finest people, I suggest everyone stay away

Awful service, gave us vehicles to test drive, later found out they were not safetied, advertisement is false they increase prices on you, they also ask for deposits that are non refundable buyer beware.

Could be a bit cheaper.. but at the end of the day, they will help you when nobody else will, and there's value in that alone.. we've got 2 cars from them and have been treated as if we were family. Ignore the trashy reviews.. can't make everyone happy. We've yet to have any major problems with their cars.
