We were in today to purchase a coat at the Polo Park location . One worker there and was on the phone . All it the coats we were looking at had cables to protect against theft and we needed assistance . I asked for help and was told give me a couple of minutes . 10 minutes later the staff approached saying she was talking to her manager . I guess that is more important than customer service . We left ! Big fail Labels !!
