Hello last week I have visited Lanpro Auto Care Centre Ltd for checking in the inspection of Brakes but as I was coming to their shop there was a issue coming in my vehicle and when I request can you inspect that issue also he refused to give me any service.
I try to explain him that it is very important the vehicle is not drivable because of that issue he agreed and said the car will stay for the whole day and you will get car back tomorrow but he was very rude to us also a lot bad customer service.
The Guy who was assisting us said you would need to sign a form before they were starting to inspect the vehicle and no car shops and dealerships does that even there price are not reasonable and overpriced even according to the dealerships.
This shop if you come to this shop to diagnose the car they will put a charge of diagnose $130 and one hour labour of $150 and as I said earlier no dealerships or car shops do that there prices are unreasonable and overpriced.
The dealerships and other shops only put diagnose charge for checking the car nobody put any labour charge just to check the vehicle also when we looked at the form he as given us to sign we find out this is not a trustable business to deal with these kinds of people.
The Guy checked we have not signed the papers he was very rude to us and if you guys don’t want to get the service done here you can take the care somewhere else also I recommend never take this car for any repairs or services at this shop.
The service I have get at this shop if anyone get any repairs or services done here then you guys will be scammed and you guys will be end up paying the money that will not be valued and after you guys will think that I have pay this shop more than the repairs or services needs to be done on your vehicle.

If anyone is looking for an HONEST dealership, LanPro Auto on Ellice is the place to you. I have a BMW that the warranty was over and a switch went on it. I called LanPro to see if they would do the repair. Matt, from LanPro said yes they would look at it but, I should contact BMW to see if they would honor the repair even though the warranty expired. I did and after a few days they honored it. Matt’s suggestion of contacting BMW saved me about $2,000. Matt didn’t have to suggest that, but it shows how honest he is and LanPro. I trust LanPro Auto 100%. Matt is the best and the go to guy!

Called shop at 9:30am as front signal not working. They booked me in for 2:30pm. I arrived, sat down and just finished my coffee and I was out the door on my way. Signal fixed!

I was very happy with there service. They had great communication skills. They were honest with me about my repairs. I was able to get my car in quick and repaired same day. My car drives smooth after having it in the shop. I will be using them moving forward.

Called them to ask a simple question, the guy on the phone told me to hold so I waited around 10 minutes. I hear them pick up the phone and hang up on me without saying a word. If this is how the customer service is right off the bat, I would not recommend going here.
