The fellows were careful moving my new range in through doorway and past walls and furniture. They removed my old range and removed all packing material. Very polite and courteous.

Paid for server. Received broken on February 3/2024 after many werks, complaint about it, technician came on 19 February as they don’t work in the evening and weekends, checked it and informed us that it’s beyond repair and store will replace it. Called store yesterday to talk to the manager, was informed that they will call as they are busy. Nobody called. I called them back again today to talk to the manager, assistant manager showed no regret and said they don’t open the box of furniture before delivery. It will take 4 to 6 weeks to get the new one. Didn’t even apologize for this bad customer service. Extremely bad customer service experience form Leons Furniture store on 1755 Ellice avenue Winnipeg.

The freezer came when scheduled. Great communication from Leons. The delivery guys were polite. They took it right down to the basement for me. I am completely satisfied with this entire transaction from start to finish. Great job!

I ordered a queen sized bed, box spring and mattress in December. This is now mid February and I have still not received my order. I was told in Decemebe that it could take up to two months to get the bed in, but that I would have my box spring and mattress delievered by mid January. Nothing arrived. This promise was the only reason that I made the purchase in the first place. At least I would have the mattress and box springs so that I had something to sleep on while waiting for the bed. No follow up from the salesperson, whatsoever. No offer from management to compensate me for the excessive delays.When I did inquire in early February, I did not receive a single call back for two weeks and then eventually told that it would be another two weeks before I received anything. This is the worst customer service that I have EVER experienced. Three months to receive a simple bed order from a furniture store? I don't think so. I will never shop at this store again. Customer service is everything. The absolute lack of service by Leon's on Ellice has cost them this customer.

I would for sure caution against online ordering. I ordered a portable dishwasher. I received email stating I would receive estimated time-frame on delivery. A day later, a rep calls to advise that they can't order until another 4 weeks. I state I would like to cancel then. Rep indicates cannot be cancelled because its a speciality item. If item cannot even be ordered for another 4 weeks means item not ordered at all so why can't it be cancelled? When I asked what the eff'n point of calling was, it was to give the time-line that item can't be ordered for another 4 weeks ... ridiculous. I should have stuck with the Brick ... will never give my business to Leon's again.

Kanchan Kaur sold us a warranty that we can't seem to collect on! We're into month 3 since first contact about the broken latch for our recliner sofa. They sent a repair person to our home who tells us that they just used the last part they had on a previous client. Why waste my time to come to our home which we took time off work to be available to have someone come by who doesn't even have the part?? This is still on going and I'm sure this will have to go further up to get this simple repair done! After this fiasco, I doubt I'll ever shop at Leons ever again. Such a hassle!
