I recently had a very uncomfortable experience at this Levi's store. While I was trying on clothes in the fitting room, an employee knocked on the door. I immediately responded, but she opened the door anyway, exposing me to other customers standing nearby. It was embarrassing and a complete violation of my privacy.
When I brought this issue to the manager’s attention, she smiled at me as I explained what happened. I had to tell her that this situation was disturbing to me and that there was nothing to smile about. I found this reaction unprofessional and dismissive. I expect better from Levi's and hope they address these concerns to ensure a better experience for other customers in the future.

I would give a rating of 0 if possible. I visited on Saturday, January 27th, 20 minutes before closing. Despite being the only customer, neither of the two staff members acknowledged me. I found the perfect pair of jeans, however, when I asked to try them on I was denied. To me this was unreasonable given the proximity to closing time, the fact it was one pair of jeans and considering there were no other customers in the store. The lack of customer service resulted in a missed opportunity for a potential sale.

The seller took several jeans that I had been choosing for a long time to take to the fitting room, in the end I came to the fitting room, and he returned these jeans to the shelves and someone had already bought them. Inattentive and impolite salespeople

I was super unimpressed by the girl working the cash register. I tried to buy three pairs of pants yesterday and she quoted me for three different total prices. It seemed like she had no clue to what she was doing. The first price for all three was $168.00, but that eventually shot up to $230.00? I was so confused and ended up leaving without purchase.
